CENTRE FOR EDUCATION ACCREDITATION

On November 29, 2016, the external evaluation expert team (DGN) of the Center for Educational Quality Accreditation – Association of Vietnam Universities and Colleges (KĐCLGD – HHCTĐHCĐVN) conducted a preliminary survey at the School. Duy Tan University to prepare for the official survey according to the university education quality accreditation process of the Ministry of Education and Training.

Participating in the preliminary survey day at Duy Tan University, on the side of the Center for Educational Quality Assessment – HH CTĐHCĐVN, there was Associate Professor, PhD. Nguyen Phuong Nga – Center Director; On the side of the Delegation of Experts, there was Associate Professor, PhD. Tran Thi Ha – Head of delegation; MSc. Dinh Tuan Dung – Union Secretary; On Duy Tan University’s side, there was Labor Hero, Meritorious Teacher Le Cong Co – Chairman of the Board of Directors, Principal of Duy Tan University and other officials and lecturers who are members of the Self-Evaluation Council of Duy Tan University. Duy Tan University and leaders of Faculties, Departments and Committees within the University.

During the preliminary survey day, the Evaluation Expert Team worked with Duy Tan University’s leaders, the University’s Self-Evaluation Council, Heads of the University’s units, the Secretariat and specialized groups with the Main content includes:

• The evaluation expert team reported the research results of the School’s self-assessment profile, announced the official survey plan and the requirements for facilities the School needs to prepare for the official survey;< /li>
• Agree on issues that the school needs to prepare: evidence that needs to be supplemented; number and composition of subjects invited to interview;
• Agree on the official survey schedule;
• Agree on working principles
• Visit some school locations to prepare for the official survey such as the office of the Evaluation Team, the interview room, the hall for the Official Survey Opening Ceremony, etc.
• Preliminary check of the School’s supporting documents.

Signing Minutes of Preliminary Survey at Duy Tan University

At the end of the preliminary survey day, the Director of the Center for Education Quality Assessment – HCTĐHCĐVN, Head of the Evaluation Evaluation Team and the Principal of the School signed a Memorandum of Understanding after the preliminary survey of the Evaluation Team. The official survey time of the Expert Evaluation Team at the School was agreed to begin on December 27, 2016 and end on December 31, 2016.
