CENTRE FOR EDUCATION ACCREDITATION

Implementing the Decision of the Director of the Center for Educational Quality Accreditation (KĐCLGD) – Association of Vietnam Universities and Colleges (CTĐHCĐVN) on establishing an external evaluation team (Evaluation) of the Postal Institute of Technology telecommunications, the Delegation of Experts for Evaluation conducted a Preliminary Survey (KSSB) to serve the quality accreditation of the Academy of Posts and Telecommunications Technology in Hanoi on October 26, 2022.

Participating in KSSB at the Posts and Telecommunications Institute of Technology, on the side of the Center for Educational Qualification – Vietnam Association of Community Councils, there was Associate Professor. Dr. Nguyen Phuong Nga, Director of the Center for Educational Evaluation and Chief of the Center Office.

On the side of the External Evaluation Team was Prof. Dr. Science. Banh Tien Long, former Permanent Deputy Minister of Education and Training, Head of the Evaluation Delegation; Dr. Nguyen Thi Tuyet, Secretary of the union.

Welcoming and working with the Delegation of Experts from the Institute of Posts and Telecommunications Technology, there was Associate Professor. Dr. Dang Hoai Bac, Director of the Academy, Chairman of the SA Council; Associate Professor. Dr. Tran Quang Anh, Deputy Director, Standing Vice Chairman of the SA Council; Dr. Vu Tuan Lam, Deputy Director; Dr. Tan Hanh, Deputy Director, in charge of Ho Chi Minh City facility; MSc. Tran Thi My Hanh – Head of the Center for Testing and Quality Assurance for Education, Standing Member of the SA Council; MSc. Nguyen Hoang Thanh – Head of the Center for Testing and Quality Assurance, Ho Chi Minh City Campus and members of the SA Council, specialized groups, representatives of unions and units of the Academy of Posts and Telecommunications Technology.

The Evaluation Team agreed on working principles with the Academy, announced the results of the Academy’s self-assessment research, agreed on the number and subjects invited to be interviewed, facilities and equipment. equipment was visited, surveyed, etc., and agreed on the preparation contents and time plan to serve the survey from November 22 to November 28, 2022.

At the end of the KSSB day, the Director of the Education Evaluation Center, the Head of the Evaluation Expert Team and the Director of the Posts and Telecommunications Institute of Technology signed a Memorandum of Understanding after the preliminary survey of the Evaluation Expert Team.
