Implementing Decision No. 262/QD-KĐCLGD dated December 4, 2021 and Decision No. 263/QD-KĐCLGD dated December 4, 2021 of the Director of the Center for Educational Quality Accreditation (KĐCLGD) – Association Association of Vietnamese Universities and Colleges (CĐHCĐVN) on the establishment of an external evaluation team (Evaluation) of training programs (CTDT) in Physical Education, English Pedagogy and an external evaluation team in Pedagogy History and Finance – Banking at the university level of Vinh University, the Evaluation Team conducted an official survey according to the educational quality accreditation process of the Ministry of Education and Training at Vinh University.

Associate Professor, PhD. Nguyen Phuong Nga, Director of the Center for Educational Qualification, delivered a speech at the opening ceremony of the 04 training programs in English Pedagogy, Physical Education, History Pedagogy and Finance – Banking at Vinh University.

The opening ceremony of the KSCT period was held on December 19, 2021 at Vinh University. Attending the opening ceremony, on the side of the Education Quality Certification Center, there was Associate Professor, PhD. Nguyen Phuong Nga – Center Director and 03 supervisory staff of the Evaluation Delegation. On the side of the Expert Evaluation Team, there was Prof. Dr. Science. Banh Tien Long, former Permanent Deputy Minister of Education and Training, Head of delegation; Associate Professor, PhD. Nguyen Van Uyen, Head of Quality Accreditation Department – Education Accreditation Center, Secretary and members of the Accreditation Team include: Associate Professor, PhD. Pham Van Quyet, PhD. Nguyen Thi Tuyet, PhD. To Thi Thu Huong, Dr. Pham Van Hung, MSc. Dinh Tuan Dung. On the side of Vinh University, there was Prof.Dr. Nguyen Huy Bang – Principal, Chairman of the SA Council; Dr. Nguyen Ngoc Hien – Chairman of the School Council, Secretary of the Party Committee, PhD. Tran Ba Tien – Vice Principal, Vice Chairman of the SA Council; Dr. Nguyen Thi Thu Cuc – Vice Principal; Dr. Nguyen Ngoc Viet – Head of the Department of Physical Education, Member of the SA Council; Dr. Nguyen Manh Hung – Deputy Head of the Department of Physical Education, Vice Chairman of the SA Council; Dr. Nguyen Thi Kim Anh – Head of the Faculty of Foreign Language Education, Vice Chairman of the SA Council; Dr. Le The Cuong – Head of the Faculty of History, Vice Chairman of the SA Council; Dr. Dang Thanh Cuong – Dean of the Faculty of Finance and Banking, Vice Chairman of the SA Council; MSc. The KSCT survey to serve the 04 CTĐT assessment starts from December 19, 2021 to December 24, 2021. The team of external assessment experts surveyed and researched documents and interviewed employers; former learner; learner; School Leaders; Leaders of mass organizations, faculties, departments, centers, departments, functional departments, and lecturer representatives; Collect feedback from stakeholders; phone assessment of employment status of 660 graduates; Observe the facilities, laboratories, practice rooms and departments of 04 training programs at Vinh University to verify the information in the self-assessment report of 04 training programs of the University, thereby providing recommendations. Suggestions to help improve and enhance the quality of the school’s training program.

The Closing Ceremony of the KSCT round serving the evaluation of 04 university-level training programs of Vinh University was held at 2:00 p.m. on December 23, 2021. At the Closing Ceremony, Prof.Dr.KH. Banh Tien Long – Head of the evaluation expert team has Preliminarily reported the results of quality assessment of 04 university level training programs of Vinh University. The report of the Evaluation Team clearly pointed out the strengths of the School, and at the same time, the Evaluation Team made recommendations for the School to promote the strengths and overcome the shortcomings of 04 training programs with the aim of continuously improving quality. Receiving the recommendations of the Evaluation Expert Team in the Preliminary Report on the results of Vinh University’s 04 training program, the School Principal affirmed that the University has been building feasible plans and solutions to implement the project. Implement the recommendations of the Expert Team of the GGN. At the end of the Closing Ceremony, the Director of the Education Quality Evaluation Center – Vietnam Community Program Association, the Head of the Evaluation Expert Team and the Principal of Vinh University signed the minutes of completion of the school’s 04 training programs. After the Closing Ceremony, the delegation of Evaluation Experts continued to work internally until December 24, 2021, ending the KSCT for evaluation of 04 training programs of Vinh University.
