Implementing Decision No. 264/QD-KĐCLGD dated December 6, 2021 and Decision No. 08/QD-KĐCLGD dated January 12, 2022  of the Director of the Center for Educational Quality Accreditation (KĐCLGD), Hiep Association of Vietnamese Universities and Colleges (CTĐHCĐVN) on the establishment of an external evaluation team for 03 training programs (CTĐT) in Information Systems major, Chinese Language major and Business Administration major at university level of Hanoi University of Industry, the External Evaluation Team (DGN) conducted an official survey (KSCT) according to the Education Quality Accreditation (KĐCLGD) process of the Ministry of Education and Training at Hanoi University of Industry. The opening ceremony of the official Survey (KSCT) was held at 3:00 p.m. on January 17, 2022 at Hanoi University of Industry. Attending the Opening Ceremony of the KSCT period were Associate Professor, PhD. Nguyen Phuong Nga, Director of the Center for KĐCTTGD – Vietnam Association of TDCHCĐĐT. On the side of the Expert Evaluation Team, there was Prof. Dr. Science. Banh Tien Long, former Permanent Deputy Minister of Education and Training, Head of delegation; Associate Professor, PhD. Nguyen Van Uyen, Head of Quality Accreditation Department – Education Quality Accreditation Center, Vietnam Association of General Education Programs, Secretary of the Evaluation Team and members of the Evaluation Team of 03 training programs. On the side of Hanoi University of Industry, there was Associate Professor, PhD. Tran Duc Quy, Party Committee Secretary, Principal, Chairman of the Self-Evaluation Council (TDG); Associate Professor, PhD. Le Hong Quan, Chairman of the School Council; Associate Professor, PhD. Hoang Anh, Director of the Quality Assurance Center, Secretary of the SA Council; along with members of the 03 Self-Evaluation Councils of 03 training programs, specialized groups, representatives of unions and units of Hanoi University of Industry.

The KSCT survey to serve the 03 survey programs starts from January 17, 2022 to January 22, 2022. The evaluation expert team outside the 03 training programs surveyed and researched evidence documents, interviewed School Leaders, SA Council Leaders, and online interviews with employers; former learner; learner; Leaders of mass organizations, faculties, departments, centers, departments, functional departments, and lecturer representatives; Collect feedback from stakeholders; phone assessment of employment status of 729 graduates; Observe the facilities, laboratories, practice rooms and departments of 03 training programs at Hanoi University of Industry to verify the information in the Self-assessment report of 03 training programs of the University, thereby providing feedback. Make recommendations to help improve and enhance the quality of the University’s training program.

The Closing Ceremony of the KSCT round serving the evaluation of 3 training programs of Hanoi University of Industry was held at 3:00 p.m. on January 21, 2022. At the Closing Ceremony, Head of the external expert evaluation team, Prof. Dr. Banh Tien Long has Preliminarily reported the results of quality assessment of 03 training programs of Hanoi University of Industry. The report of the Evaluation Team clearly pointed out the school’s strengths; At the same time, the Evaluation Delegation made recommendations for the School to promote the strengths and overcome the shortcomings of the 03 training programs with the aim of continuously improving the training quality of the School.

Accepting the recommendations of the Evaluation Expert Team in the Preliminary Report on the results of QSCT 03 of the Hanoi University of Industry, the Principal of the University affirmed that the University has been building feasible plans and solutions to Implement the recommendations of the Evaluation Expert Team. At the end of the Closing Ceremony, the Director of the Center for Education Quality Assurance, the Association of Vietnam Community Programs, the Head of the Delegation of Education Experts and the Principal of Hanoi University of Industry signed the minutes of completion of the 03 training programs of the school. After the Closing Ceremony, the delegation of Evaluation Experts continued to work internally until January 22, 2022, ending the KSCT period to serve the Evaluation of 03 training programs of Hanoi University of Industry
