CENTRE FOR EDUCATION ACCREDITATION

On December 12, 2020, the External Evaluation Expert Team (DGN), established by the Center for Educational Quality Accreditation (KĐCLGD) – Association of Vietnam Universities and Colleges (CTĐHCĐVN), surveyed Preliminary (KSSB) 02 training programs (CTDT): Business Administration and Finance – Banking at university level at Hanoi University, to prepare for the official survey (KSCT) according to educational quality accreditation process of the Ministry of Education and Training.

At the end of the KSSB inspection day, the Director of the Center for Educational Quality Assessment – Vietnam Association of General Education Programs, the Head of the Evaluation Expert Team and the Principal of Hanoi University signed a Memorandum of Understanding after the KSSB inspection of the Evaluation Expert Team.

The KSCT round to serve the 02 training programs: Business Administration and Finance – Banking at university level was officially opened on December 22, 2020 at Hanoi University.

Attending the opening ceremony of the STD inspection, on behalf of the Center for Education Quality Assessment and the Delegation of Assessment Experts, there was Associate Professor, Dr. Nguyen Phuong Nga – Director of the Center for Educational Quality Assessment; Dr. Pham Xuan Thanh – Deputy Director of the Center for Educational Quality Assessment, Associate Professor, Dr. Le Phuoc Minh – Head of the Evaluation Delegation and Delegation members including Associate Professor. Dr. Pham Van Quyet, Associate Professor, PhD. Nguyen Van Uyen, PhD. Nguyen Viet Anh, PhD. Nguyen Duc Thanh. On the side of Hanoi University, there are: Dr. Pham Ngoc Thach – Chairman of the School Council; Associate Professor, PhD. Nguyen Van Trao – Principal, Chairman of the SA Council; Dr. Nguyen Thi Cuc Phuong,  Vice Principal, Vice Chairwoman of the SA Council; Dr. Hoang Gia Thu – Dean of Faculty of Business Administration and Tourism, Vice Chairman of the SA Council; Dr. Dang Thi Hong Thuy – Head of the Education Quality Control Department, Secretary of the SA Council; SA Council and members of the 02 Self-Evaluation Councils of 02 training programs, specialized groups, representatives of unions and units of Hanoi University.

The official survey to serve the assessment begins from December 22, 2020 to December 26, 2020. The evaluation expert team outside the 02 training programs surveyed and researched documents and interviewed employers; former learner; learner; School Leaders; Leaders of mass organizations, faculties, departments, centers, functional departments, and lecturer representatives; Collect feedback from stakeholders; phone to assess the employment status of graduates; Observe the facilities, laboratories, practice rooms and departments of 02 training programs at Hanoi University to verify the information in the University’s self-assessment report, thereby making recommendations to help Improve and enhance the quality of the school’s training program.

After 5 working days, the Closing Ceremony of the KSCT round to serve the evaluation of 02 training programs of Hanoi University was held at 2:30 p.m. on December 26, 2020. At the Closing Ceremony of the Technical Inspection period, Head of the external expert evaluation team – Associate Professor, PhD. Le Phuoc Minh presented a preliminary report on the results of quality assessment of 02 training programs of Hanoi University. The report of the Evaluation Team clearly stated the school’s strengths; At the same time, the Evaluation Team makes recommendations for the School to promote its strengths and overcome shortcomings with the aim of continuously improving the training quality of the School.

Absorbing the recommendations of the Evaluation Expert Team in the Preliminary Report on the results of quality assessment of 02 training programs of Hanoi University, Associate Professor, PhD. Nguyen Van Trao, Principal of the School, affirmed that the School has specific and feasible plans and solutions to implement the recommendations of the Evaluation Expert Team.

At the end of the closing session, the Director of the Center for Educational Quality Evaluation – Vietnam Community Program Association, the Head of the Evaluation Expert Team and the Principal of Hanoi University signed the Minutes of completion of the official survey to serve the Evaluation of 02 Training Programs of the University.
