CENTRE FOR EDUCATION ACCREDITATION

On the morning of April 2, 2018, in Hanoi City, the Center for Educational Quality Accreditation (KĐCLGD) – Association of Vietnam Universities and Colleges (CĐHCĐVN) coordinated with the Academy of Policy and Development Organize the opening of the official survey to serve the external assessment of the Academy of Policy and Development according to the university quality assessment standards of the Ministry of Education and Training.

Attend the opening ceremony:

On the side of the Ministry of Planning and Investment, there was Dr. Do Manh Khoi, Deputy Director of the Department of Personnel Organization, Ministry of Planning and Investment.

On the side of the Education Quality Accreditation Center, there was Associate Professor, PhD. Nguyen Phuong Nga – Center Director; Mr. Nguyen Anh Tuan – Chief of Central Office, and MSc. Tong Thanh Trung, Center specialist.

On the side of the external expert evaluation team, there was Associate Professor, PhD. Tran Thi Ha – Head of Delegation; Dr. To Thi Thu Huong – Union Secretary; Prof.Dr. Nguyen Quang Dong – Permanent member; Dr. Nguyen Van Duong and MSc. Dinh Tuan Dung is a member of the Youth Delegation.

On the Academy of Policy and Development side, there was Associate Professor, PhD. Dao Van Hung – Academy Director, Associate Professor. Dr. Tran Trong Nguyen – Deputy Director, Trade Union Executive Committee, Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union, Heads of Departments, Boards, Faculty, and Subjects under the Academy, members of the Self-Evaluation Council, representatives of lecturers and students pellets.

The QSCT round to serve the assessment was conducted from April 2, 2018 to April 6, 2018. The team of experts from the GGN conducted a survey, researched documents, and interviewed employers; former learner; learner; Academy Leadership Board; Leaders of mass organizations, faculties, departments, centers, functional departments, and lecturer representatives; surveys to collect feedback from stakeholders, appraisal of graduates’ employment status via direct phone calls with graduates, and visits to Academy facilities to verify the information according to the Academy’s self-assessment report, thereby providing recommendations to help the Academy improve and improve quality.

The closing ceremony of the KSCT round to serve the evaluation of the Academy of Policy and Development was held on April 6, 2018. At the Closing Ceremony of the CST, Head of the External Evaluation Team, Assoc.Prof.Dr. Tran Thi Ha presented the preliminary report on the results of assessing the quality of education at the Academy of Policy and Development. The report clearly stated the strengths of the Academy and the delegation’s recommendations for the Academy to promote its strengths and overcome shortcomings with the aim of continuously improving quality.

Accepting the recommendations of the Expert Evaluation Team in the preliminary report on the results of educational quality assessment, the Academy Director and Chairman of the SA Council affirmed that the school has and will have feasible plans and solutions. exam to implement the recommendations of the Evaluation Team.

At the end of the closing session, the Director of the Center for Educational Quality Assessment – Vietnam Association of Educational Quality Assessment, Head of the Expert Evaluation Team and Director of the Academy signed the minutes of completion of the official survey to serve the quality assessment of the Academy.
