ASSOCIATION OF VIETNAM UNIVERSITIES AND COLLEGES
On January 9, 2017, the Center for Educational Quality Accreditation – Association of Vietnam Universities and Colleges (TTKĐCLGD-HHCTĐHCĐVN) coordinated with the University of Transport Technology (CNGTVT) to organize Closing of the official survey (KSCT) serving the external assessment (Evaluation) of the University of Transport Technology.
Attending the closing ceremony were the Director of the Center for KĐHCGD – Vietnam Association of Community Council; Evaluation expert team; Board of Directors of the University of Transport Engineering, leaders of units and departments in the University and representatives of lecturers, officers, staff and students of the University.
After 5 days of surveying, studying documents, and interviewing employers; former graduates; HVCH, learner; School Leadership Board; Leaders of mass organizations, faculties, centers, functional departments, faculty representatives and tours of the University’s facilities and campuses at 3 campuses, etc.,
Head of the external evaluation team – Professor, PhD. Dang Ung Van presented the Preliminary Report on the results of assessing the quality of education at the University of Transport Technology. The external evaluation report clearly stated the school’s strengths; At the same time, the Evaluation Team makes recommendations for the School to promote its strengths and overcome shortcomings with the aim of continuously improving quality.
Accepting the recommendations of the Evaluation Expert Team in the Preliminary Report on the results of education quality assessment, Associate Professor, PhD. Dao Van Dong – Principal of the School affirmed that the School agrees with the comments and recommendations of the Evaluation Team; The school has and will have feasible plans and solutions to implement the delegation’s recommendations.
At the end of the closing session, the Director of the Center for Educational Quality Assessment – Vietnam Association of Community Councils, the Head of the external evaluation expert team and the Principal of the University of Transport and Communications signed the minutes of completion of the official survey to serve the quality assessment of the school.
