CENTRE FOR EDUCATION ACCREDITATION

On the morning of May 31, 2018, in Ho Chi Minh City, the Center for Education Quality Accreditation (Education Accreditation Center) – Association of Vietnam Universities and Colleges (VNA Association) announced the Decision recognized and awarded the Certificate of Educational Quality Accreditation to Van Lang University.

Attending the ceremony were Associate Professor, PhD. Nguyen Phuong Nga – Director of the Center for Education Quality Assessment – Vietnam Association of Community Councils; GS. PhD. Banh Tien Long – Former Permanent Deputy Minister of Education and Training – Head of the external evaluation team; Mr. Bui Van Do – Chairman of the Board of Directors of Van Lang University and members of the Board of Directors, Associate Professor, PhD. Tran Thi My Dieu – Principal of Van Lang University and Vice Principals, along with guests who are representatives of Departments, Committees and Sectors; Representatives of leaders of universities, colleges, employers in Ho Chi Minh City and the staff, lecturers and students of Van Lang University.

Speaking at the ceremony, Associate Professor, PhD. Nguyen Phuong Nga, Director of the Center for Education Quality Assessment – Vietnam Association of General Education Programs, highly appreciated the achievements of Van Lang University. The school has identified its mission and strategic goals as well as specific operational goals. In addition, the School has also identified shortcomings and proposed feasible solutions to overcome them. The Center’s Educational Quality Accreditation Council has recommended that the School Leaders need to make appropriate investments to maintain and promote the strengths that have been achieved, while standardizing and further improving the quality of the management staff. , teaching staff, quality of training activities, scientific research, international cooperation and focusing on master planning of facilities for sustainable development to meet national education quality standards, moving towards achieving international education quality standards.
