CENTRE FOR EDUCATION ACCREDITATION

Implementing the Decision of the Director of the Center for Educational Quality Accreditation (KĐCLGD) – Association of Vietnam Universities and Colleges (CĐHCĐVN) on establishing an external evaluation team (GGN) for 04 training programs including : Music Pedagogy, Art Pedagogy, Graphic Design at university level; Theory and Methodology of teaching Music at master’s level from Central University of Art Education.

On April 15, 2022, the Expert Evaluation Team conducted a preliminary survey (KSSB) at the Central University of Art Education.

Participating in KSSB, on the side of the Center for Education Quality Assessment – Vietnam Association of General Education Programs, there was Associate Professor, PhD. Nguyen Phuong Nga, Center Director and 02 Center staff.

On the side of the Delegation of Education, there was Prof. PhD. Banh Tien Long, former Permanent Deputy Minister – Ministry of Education and Training, Head of the Evaluation Delegation and Associate Professor, PhD. Nguyen Van Uyen, Head of Quality Accreditation Department, Education Quality Accreditation Center, Secretary of the Evaluation Delegation

On the side of the Central University of Art Education, there was Associate Professor, PhD. Dao Dang Phuong – Principal, Chairman of the Self-Assessment Council (TDG); MSc. Trinh Thi Thanh – Chairwoman of the School Council; Dr. Nguyen Van Dinh – Vice Principal, Vice Chairman of the SA Council; Associate Professor, PhD. Le Vinh Hung – Head of the Faculty of Music Education, Vice Chairman of the SA Council; MSc. Nguyen Thi May – Deputy Dean, in charge of the Faculty of Fine Arts Pedagogy, Vice Chairwoman of the SA Council; MSc. Nguyen Duy Quoc Tuan – Deputy Dean of the Faculty of Graphic Design, in charge of the Faculty, Vice Chairman of the SA Council; Associate Professor, PhD. Nguyen Thi Phuong Thao – Dean of the Graduate School, Vice Chairman of the SA Council and members of the SA Council, specialized groups, representatives of unions and units of the Central University of Art Education.

The delegation inspected the preparation of the location, office, documents and preparations for the KSCT at the School. The delegation agreed on working principles with the School, announced the results of the study of the School’s SA Profile, agreed on the composition and number of subjects invited to participate in the interview, facilities and equipment. to visit, survey, etc.

Director of the Center, Head of the Delegation of Evaluation Experts and Leaders of the Central University of Art Education agreed on the contents that need to be prepared and the Plan to serve the inspection period from April 21, 2022 to April 27. April 2022.

At the end of the KSSB day, the Director of the Center for Educational Quality Assessment, Head of the Expert Evaluation Team and the Principal of the Central University of Art Education signed a Memorandum of Understanding after the KSSB of the Expert Evaluation Team.
