On December 11, 2021, the External Evaluation Expert Team (DGN), established by the Center for Educational Quality Accreditation (KĐCLGD) – Association of Vietnam Universities and Colleges (CTĐHCĐVN), conducted a Official survey (KSCT) to serve the assessment of 02 training programs (CTDT): the Business and Commerce major and the Control and Automation Engineering Technology major at the university level of the University of Economics and Technology of Technology Karma.

The opening ceremony of the KSCT period was held on the morning of December 11, 2021 at the University of Economics and Industrial Technology. Attending the opening ceremony, on the side of the Education Certification Center, there was Associate Professor, PhD. Nguyen Phuong Nga – Center Director; Mr. Nguyen Anh Tuan – Chief of Central Office. On the side of the Delegation of Evaluation Experts, there was Associate Professor, Dr. Tran Thi Ha – Former Director of the Department of Higher Education – Ministry of Education and Training, Head of the Evaluation Delegation; Dr. Nguyen Van Ly – Auditor of Education Quality Accreditation Center – Vietnam Association of General Meeting of Shareholders, Permanent member; MSc. Dinh Tuan Dung – Head of Education Evaluation Department – Education Quality Evaluation Center – Vietnam Association of Shareholders’ Education Programs, Secretary and members of the Evaluation Delegation include: PhD. Nguyen Thi Tuyet and PhD. Le Huy Tung.

On the side of the University of Economics and Industrial Technology, there was Dr. Tran Hoang Long – Principal, Chairman of the SA Council; Dr. Pham Thi Thu Hoai – Chairwoman of the School Council, Vice Chairwoman of the SA Council; Dr. Tran Duc Can – Vice Principal, Vice Chairman of the SA Council; Dr. Nguyen Ngoc Khuong – Vice Principal, Vice Chairman of the SA Council; Dr. Luu Khanh Cuong – Dean, Faculty of Business Administration, Standing Vice Chairman of the SA Council; Associate Professor, PhD. Vo Thu Ha, Dean, Faculty of Electrical Engineering, Standing Vice Chairman of the SA Council; along with members of the 02 Self-Evaluation Councils of 02 training programs, specialized groups, representatives of unions and units of the University of Economics and Industrial Technology.

During the official survey to serve the assessment of 02 training programs, the external assessment expert team conducted a survey, researched documents, and interviewed employers; former learner; learner; School Leaders; Leaders of mass organizations, faculties, departments, centers, functional departments, and lecturer representatives; Collect feedback from stakeholders; phone to assess the employment status of graduates; Observe the facilities, laboratories, practice rooms and departments of 02 training programs at the University of Economics and Industrial Technology to verify the information in the self-assessment report of 02 training programs of the University, from It provides recommendations to help improve and enhance the quality of the University’s training program.

After 05 working days, the Closing Ceremony of the KSCT to serve the evaluation of 02 training programs of the University of Economics and Industrial Technology was held at 9:00 a.m. on December 15, 2021. At the Closing Ceremony of the KSCT, Associate Professor, Dr. Tran Thi Ha, Head of the team of external assessment experts presented the preliminary report on the results of quality assessment of 02 training programs of the University of Economics and Industrial Technology. The report of the Evaluation Team clearly stated the school’s strengths; At the same time, the Evaluation Team made recommendations for the School to promote the strengths and overcome the shortcomings of the 02 training programs with the aim of continuously improving the training quality of the School.

Absorbing the recommendations of the Evaluation Expert Team in the Preliminary Report on the results of quality assessment of 02 training programs of the University of Economics and Industrial Technology, Dr. Tran Hoang Long – Principal, Chairman of the SA Council, affirmed that the School will have specific and feasible plans and solutions to implement the recommendations of the SA Expert Team.

At the end of the closing session, the Director of the Center for Educational Quality Assessment – Vietnam Association of Community Councils, Head of the Expert Evaluation Team and Principal of the University of Economics and Industrial Technology jointly signed the minutes to complete the official survey to serve Evaluation 02.
