CENTRE FOR EDUCATION ACCREDITATION

On the afternoon of March 25, 2018, a team of external assessment experts from the Center for Educational Quality Accreditation – Association of Vietnam Universities and Colleges conducted a preliminary survey at the University of Technology and Management. Friendship to prepare for the official survey according to the university education quality accreditation process of the Ministry of Education and Training.

Participating in the preliminary survey team, on behalf of the Center for Educational Quality Assurance – Association of Vietnam Universities and Colleges, there was Associate Professor, PhD. Nguyen Phuong Nga, Center Director, Mr. Nguyen Anh Tuan, Head of the Center Office and MSc. Tong Thanh Trung, Center specialist. On the side of the external expert evaluation team was Prof. Dr. Science. Dang Ung Van, Head of Delegation; MSc. Dinh Tuan Dung, Secretary of the Youth Union, Associate Professor, PhD. Pham Van Quyet – Standing member. On the side of the School, there was Associate Professor, PhD. Nguyen Xuan Son – Principal of the School, Dr. Hoang Xuan Lam – Chairman of the Board of Directors, members of the Board of Directors, Self-Evaluation Council along with all heads of units throughout the University and student representatives.

The main purpose of education quality accreditation is to ensure the achievement of certain standards in training and to constantly improve and enhance training quality, meet the requirements of human resource users and ensure protect the rights of learners.

At the meeting, the external assessment expert team reported the results of studying the self-assessment dossier and announced the official survey plan. The two sides discussed and agreed on the issues that the School needs to prepare: supporting documents needed, number and composition of interview subjects, agreement on the official survey schedule, and working principles. The expert group visited a number of Academy locations to prepare for the official survey such as the office of the Evaluation Team, the interview room, the hall for the Opening Ceremony of the official survey… and briefly checked the documents. the School’s evidence.

The preliminary survey for external assessment ended with the signing ceremony of the preliminary survey record between the Director of the Center for Education Quality Accreditation – Association of Vietnam Universities and Colleges, and the Head of the Evaluation Delegation. Judge and Principal of Friendship University of Technology and Management in the presence of leaders and heads of units of the University. The official survey time of the Expert Evaluation Team at the University was agreed to begin on April 25, 2018 and end on April 29, 2018.
