CENTRE FOR EDUCATION ACCREDITATION

On October 13, 2016, the first university under Thai Nguyen University (HTN) was inspected by the Center for Educational Quality Accreditation, Association of Vietnam Universities and Colleges (KĐCLGD – HHCTĐHCĐVN). determine the quality of educational institutions. This is the first university to be accredited by the independent Center for Educational Quality Accreditation of the Association of Universities and Colleges of Vietnam.

Right from the early morning of October 13, 2016, the team of external experts (Evaluator) of the Center for Quality Assessment of Education and Training of Vietnam Shareholders’ Meeting was present at the University of Information and Communications Technology – NTU to conduct a preliminary survey. The school, preparing for the official survey according to the university education quality accreditation process of the Ministry of Education and Training.

Participating in the preliminary survey day at the School, on the side of the Center for Educational Quality Assessment – HH Program of the VN Shareholders’ Meeting, there was Associate Professor, PhD. Nguyen Phuong Nga, Center Director; On the side of the Delegation of Experts, there was Associate Professor, PhD. Le Phuoc Minh – Head of delegation; MSc. Dinh Tuan Dung – Union Secretary, PhD. Le Huy Tung and PhD. Dang Thi Hong Thuy is a member of the Evaluation Delegation.

During the preliminary survey day, the Evaluation Expert Team worked with the leaders of the University of Information and Communications Technology – NTU, representatives of Thai Nguyen University, the University’s Self-Evaluation Council, and Heads of applications. University officials, Secretariat and specialized groups with main contents including:

• The evaluation expert team reports the research results. The school’s self-assessment profile informs the official survey plan and facilities requirements. The school needs to prepare for the official survey;
• Agree on issues that the school needs to prepare: evidence that needs to be supplemented; number and composition of subjects invited to interview;
• Agree on the official survey schedule;
• Unity in working principles
• Visit some locations where the school prepares for the official survey such as the office of the Evaluation Team, the interview room, the interview waiting room, and the hall for the Opening Ceremony. official opening v. v…

At the end of the preliminary survey day, the Director of the Center for Educational and Cultural Assessment of Vietnam Community Council, Head of the Evaluation Delegation and Vice Principal of the University of Information and Communications Technology – TNU signed a Memorandum of Understanding after the preliminary survey of the Delegation. DGN. The official survey time of the Expert Evaluation Team at the University was agreed to start from November 1, 2016 and end at the end of November 4, 2016.
