CENTRE FOR EDUCATION ACCREDITATION

On October 4, 2019, the external evaluation expert team (ADG) of the Center for Educational Quality Accreditation (KĐCLGD) – Association of Vietnam Universities and Colleges (CTĐHCĐVN) conducted a preliminary survey at the University. Studying Industrial Technical Economics to prepare for the official survey according to the educational institution quality accreditation process of the Ministry of Education and Training.

Participating in the preliminary survey day at the University of Industrial Economics and Technology, on the side of the Center for Education Quality Assessment – Vietnam Association of Redemption Programs, there was Associate Professor, PhD. Nguyen Phuong Nga – Center Director; Mr. Nguyen Anh Tuan – Chief of Central Office; On the side of the Delegation of Experts, there was Associate Professor, PhD. Bui Duy Cam – Former Rector of University of Natural Sciences, VNU, Head of Delegation; MSc. Dinh Tuan Dung – Union Secretary; Dr. Nguyen Thi Thu Ha – Inspector, Member of the Inspection Team.

Associate Professor, PhD. Nguyen Phuong Nga – Director of the Center for Education Quality Accreditation spoke at the Preliminary Survey Session of the University of Industrial Economics and Technology

During the preliminary survey day, the Evaluation Expert Team worked with the Leaders of the University of Industrial Economics and Technology, the University’s Self-Evaluation Council, Heads of the University’s units, the Secretariat and others. A specialized working group with main contents including:

• The evaluation expert team reports the results of the study of the School’s self-assessment profile; Announce the official survey plan and facilities requirements that the school needs to prepare for the official survey;
• Agree on issues that the School needs to prepare: evidence that needs to be supplemented; number and composition of subjects invited to interview;
• Agree on the official survey schedule;
• Agree on working principles
• Visit some locations of the school preparing for the official survey such as the office of the Evaluation Team, the interview room, the hall for the Opening Ceremony of the official survey, etc.
• Preliminary check of the School’s documents

Signed the Minutes of the Preliminary Survey at the University of Industrial Economics and Technology

At the end of the preliminary survey day, the Director of the Center for Educational Quality Evaluation – Vietnam Association of General Education Programs, Head of the Evaluation Expert Team and Principal of the University of Industrial Economics and Technology signed a Memorandum of Understanding after the preliminary survey. The official survey time of the Delegation of Experts at the University of Industrial Economics and Technology was agreed to start from October 14, 2019 and end on October 20, 2019.
