On November 19, 2019, the external evaluation expert team (GGN) established by the Center for Educational Quality Accreditation (KĐCLGD) – Association of Vietnam Universities and Colleges (CTĐHCĐVN) conducted a survey. preliminary at Bac Ninh Pedagogical College – Department of Education and Training of Bac Ninh Province, to prepare for the official survey according to the educational quality accreditation process of the Ministry of Education and Training.

Participating in the preliminary survey day at Bac Ninh College of Education on the part of the Center for Education Quality Assessment – Vietnam Association of General Education Programs, there was Associate Professor, PhD. Nguyen Phuong Nga – Center Director; Mr. Nguyen Anh Tuan and MSc Pham Thi Quyen – Center staff; The expert team of the GGN includes Assoc.Prof.Dr. Tran Thi Ha – Head of the Delegation of Evaluation; MSc. Dinh Tuan Dung – Secretary of the Youth Youth Union. Receiving and working with the Evaluation Expert Team on the School’s side, there was MSc. Nguyen Huu Tuyen – School Principal, Chairman of the SA Council; MSc. Vuong Van Quang – Vice Principal, Vice Chairman of the SA Council; MSc. Nguyen Thanh Chuan, Vice Principal; MSc. Nguyen Van Thanh – Head of Information, Prevention and Quality Control Department, Secretary

The main content of the preliminary survey day is as follows:

1. Introduction of the Evaluation Team and the purpose of the preliminary survey
2. The evaluation expert team reports the research results of the School’s self-assessment profile, announces the official survey plan and facilities requirements. The school needs to prepare for the official survey;
3. Agree on issues that the school needs to prepare: evidence that needs to be supplemented; number and composition of subjects invited to interview;
4. Agree on the official survey schedule;
5. Agree on working principles;
6. Check some locations where the school is preparing for the official survey such as the office of the Evaluation Team, the interview room, the hall for the Opening Ceremony of the official survey, etc.

At the end of the preliminary survey day, the Director of the Center for Educational Quality Assessment – Vietnam Association of Education and Training Association, Head of the Education Evaluation Expert Team and Principal of Bac Ninh Pedagogical College signed a Memorandum of Understanding after the preliminary survey of the Education Evaluation Expert Team. . The official survey time of the Expert Evaluation Team at the University was agreed to begin on November 29, 2019 and end on December 2, 2019.
