CENTRE FOR EDUCATION ACCREDITATION

On December 4, 2017, the external evaluation expert team (ADG) of the Center for Educational Quality Accreditation (KĐCLGD) – Association of Vietnam Universities and Colleges (CTĐHCĐVN) conducted a preliminary survey at Vietnam Academy of Traditional Medicine and Pharmacy to prepare for the official survey according to the university education quality accreditation process of the Ministry of Education and Training.

Participating in the preliminary survey day at the Vietnam Academy of Traditional Medicine and Pharmacy, on the side of the Center for Educational Evaluation – Vietnam Association of Traditional Medicine and Pharmacy, there was Associate Professor, PhD. Nguyen Phuong Nga – Center Director, Ms. Nguyen Thi Tam Trinh, Center staff; On the side of the Expert Evaluation Team, there was Prof. Dr. Science. Dang Ung Van – Head of delegation; Dr. To Thi Thu Huong – Union Secretary.

During the preliminary survey day, the Evaluation Expert Team worked with the leaders of the Vietnam Academy of Traditional Medicine and Pharmacy, the Academy’s Self-Evaluation Council, Heads of the Academy’s units, and the Secretariat. and specialized groups with main contents including:

• The evaluation expert team reports the research results of the Academy’s self-assessment profile, announces the official survey plan and requirements for facilities that the Academy needs to prepare for the official survey. ;
• Agree on issues that the Academy needs to prepare: evidence that needs to be supplemented; number and composition of subjects invited to interview;
• Agree on the official survey schedule;
• Agree on working principles
• Visit some Academy locations to prepare for the official survey such as the office of the Evaluation Team, the interview room, the hall for the Opening Ceremony of the official survey, etc.
• Preliminary check of the Academy’s documents

At the end of the preliminary survey day, the Director of the Education Evaluation Center – Vietnam Association of Community Councils, Head of the Evaluation Expert Team and Director of the Vietnam Academy of Traditional Medicine and Pharmacy signed a Memorandum of Understanding after the preliminary survey of the Evaluation Team.
