CENTRE FOR EDUCATION ACCREDITATION

On the morning of August 14, 2017, the external evaluation expert team (EGN) of the Center for Educational Quality Accreditation (KĐCLGD) – Association of Vietnam Universities and Colleges (CTĐHCĐVN) conducted a preliminary survey at University of Public Health – Ministry of Health to prepare for the official survey according to the university education quality accreditation process of the Ministry of Education and Training

On August 14, 2017, a team of experts conducted internal inspection at the University of Public Health – Ministry of Health.

Participating in the preliminary survey day at the University of Public Health, on the side of the Center for Educational Quality Assessment – Vietnam Association of Community Councils, there was Associate Professor, PhD. Nguyen Phuong Nga – Center Director; Associate Professor, PhD. Nguyen Van Uyen – Inspector; On the side of the Delegation of Experts, there was Associate Professor, PhD. Tran Thi Ha – Head of delegation; MSc. Dinh Tuan Dung – Union Secretary.

During the preliminary survey day, the Evaluation Expert Team worked with the Leadership of the University of Public Health, the University’s Self-Evaluation Council, Heads of the University’s units, the Secretariat and specialized groups. Responsible for main contents including:

• The evaluation expert team reports the research results of the School’s self-assessment profile, announces the official survey plan and facilities requirements. The school needs to prepare for the official survey;
• Agree on issues that the school needs to prepare: evidence that needs to be supplemented; number and composition of subjects invited to interview;
• Agree on the official survey schedule;
• Agree on working principles
• Visit some locations where the school prepares for the official survey such as the office of the Evaluation Team, the interview room, the hall for the Opening Ceremony of the official survey, etc.

At the end of the preliminary survey day, the Director of the Education Quality Evaluation Center – Vietnam Association of Community Education Programs, Head of the Evaluation Expert Team and Principal of the University of Public Health signed a Memorandum of Understanding after the preliminary survey of the Evaluation Team. The official survey time of the Expert Evaluation Team at the University was agreed to begin on September 5, 2017 and end on September 9, 2017.
