On the morning of August 23, 2017, the external evaluation expert team (EGN) of the Center for Educational Quality Accreditation (KĐCLGD) – Association of Vietnam Universities and Colleges (CTĐHCĐVN) conducted a preliminary survey at University of Medicine and Pharmacy – Thai Nguyen University to prepare for the official survey according to the university education quality accreditation process of the Ministry of Education and Training

On August 23, 2017, the Delegation of Evaluation experts conducted internal inspection at the University of Medicine and Pharmacy – Thai Nguyen University. The delegation took souvenir photos with the University’s leaders.

Participating in the preliminary survey day at the University of Medicine and Pharmacy – Thai Nguyen University, on the side of the Center for Educational Qualification – Vietnam Association of Community Programs, there was Associate Professor, PhD. Nguyen Phuong Nga – Center Director; On the side of the Expert Evaluation Team, there was Prof. Dr. Science. Dang Ung Van – Head of delegation; Dr. Nguyen Thi Tuyet – Union Secretary; Mr. Nguyen Anh Tuan – Chief of Office of the Center for Education Quality Control.

During the preliminary survey day, the Evaluation Expert Team worked with the leaders of the University of Medicine and Pharmacy, the University’s Self-Evaluation Council, Heads of the University’s units, the Secretariat and specialized groups with Main contents include:

• The evaluation expert team reported the research results of the School’s self-assessment profile, announced the official survey plan and the requirements for facilities the School needs to prepare for the official survey;
• Agree on issues that the school needs to prepare: evidence that needs to be supplemented; number and composition of subjects invited to interview;
• Agree on the official survey schedule;
• Agree on working principlesVisit some locations of the school preparing for the official survey such as the office of the Evaluation Team, the interview room, the hall for the Opening Ceremony of the official survey, etc.
• Preliminary check of the School’s documents

Signing Minutes of Preliminary Survey at University of Medicine and Pharmacy – Thai Nguyen University

At the end of the preliminary survey day, the Director of the Education Evaluation Center – Vietnam Community Council, Head of the Evaluation Expert Team and Principal of the University of Medicine and Pharmacy signed a Memorandum of Understanding after the preliminary survey of the Evaluation Team. The official survey time of the Expert Evaluation Team at the University was agreed to begin on September 12, 2017 and end on September 16, 2017.
