CENTRE FOR EDUCATION ACCREDITATION

On the morning of September 21, 2017, the external evaluation expert team (EGN) of the Center for Educational Quality Accreditation (KĐCLGD) – Association of Vietnam Universities and Colleges (CTĐHCĐVN) conducted a preliminary survey at Hanoi University of Architecture to prepare for the official survey according to the university education quality accreditation process of the Ministry of Education and Training.

Participating in the preliminary survey day at the Hanoi University of Architecture, on the side of the Center for Education and Training – Vietnam Association of Community Councils, there was Associate Professor, PhD. Nguyen Phuong Nga – Center Director; Mr. Nguyen Anh Tuan – Chief of Central Office; On the side of the Expert Evaluation Team, there was Prof. Dr. Science. Banh Tien Long – Head of delegation; Dr. To Thi Thu Huong – Union Secretary.

During the preliminary survey day, the Evaluation Expert Team worked with the leaders of Hanoi University of Architecture, the School’s Self-Evaluation Council, Heads of the University’s units, the Secretariat and specialized groups. Responsible for main contents including:

• The evaluation expert team reported the research results of the School’s self-assessment profile, announced the official survey plan and the requirements for facilities the School needs to prepare for the official survey;
• Agree on issues that the school needs to prepare: evidence that needs to be supplemented; number and composition of subjects invited to interview;
• Agree on the official survey schedule;
• Agree on working principles

Visit some of the School’s facilities: Campus in Xuan Hoa, Vinh Phuc; facility at Km10, Nguyen Trai Street, Thanh Xuan District, Hanoi; Visit some locations to prepare for the official survey (office room, interview room…). Preliminary check of the School’s documents.

At the end of the preliminary survey day, the Director of the Education Quality Evaluation Center – Vietnam Association of Community Councils, Head of the Evaluation Expert Team and Principal of Hanoi University of Architecture signed a Memorandum of Understanding after the preliminary survey of the Evaluation Team. The official survey time of the Expert Evaluation Team at the University was agreed to begin on October 4, 2017 and end on October 8, 2017.
