CENTRE FOR EDUCATION ACCREDITATION

On April 4, 2019, the external evaluation expert team (EGN) of the Center for Educational Quality Accreditation (KĐCLGD) – Association of Vietnam Universities and Colleges (CTĐHCĐVN) conducted a preliminary survey at Dien Bien Pedagogical College to prepare for the official survey according to the educational institution quality accreditation process of the Ministry of Education and Training.

Participating in the preliminary survey day at Dien Bien Pedagogical College, on the side of the Center for Educational Qualification – Vietnam General Assembly Association, there was Associate Professor, PhD. Nguyen Phuong Nga – Center Director; Mr. Nguyen Anh Tuan – Chief of Central Office; On the side of the Delegation of Experts, there was Associate Professor, PhD. Tran Thi Ha – Head of Delegation; MSc. Dinh Tuan Dung – Union Secretary;

During the preliminary survey day, the Evaluation Expert Team worked with the leaders of Dien Bien Pedagogical College, the School’s Self-Evaluation Council, Heads of the School’s units, the Secretariat and public groups. Specialized cooperation with main contents including:

• The evaluation expert team reports the results of the study of the School’s self-assessment profile; Announce the official survey plan and facilities requirements that the school needs to prepare for the official survey;
• Agree on issues that the School needs to prepare: evidence that needs to be supplemented; number and composition of subjects invited to interview;
• Agree on the official survey schedule;
• Agree on working principles
• Visit some locations of the school preparing for the official survey such as the office of the Evaluation Team, the interview room, the hall for the Opening Ceremony of the official survey, etc.
• Preliminary check of the School’s documents

At the end of the preliminary survey day, the Director of the Center for Educational Quality Assessment – Vietnam Association of Community Councils, Head of the Education Evaluation Expert Team and Principal of Dien Bien Pedagogical College signed a Memorandum of Understanding after the preliminary survey of the Evaluation Team. The official survey time of the Expert Evaluation Team at the University was agreed to begin on April 15, 2019 and end on April 18, 2019.
