CENTRE FOR EDUCATION ACCREDITATION

On November 21, 2017, the external evaluation expert team (EGN) of the Center for Educational Quality Accreditation (KĐCLGD) – Association of Vietnam Universities and Colleges (CTĐHCĐVN) conducted a preliminary survey at Bac Giang Agriculture and Forestry University to prepare for the official survey according to the university education quality accreditation process of the Ministry of Education and Training.

Participating in the preliminary survey day at Bac Giang University of Agriculture and Forestry, on the side of the Center for Education and Training – Vietnam Association of Community Councils, there was Associate Professor, PhD. Nguyen Phuong Nga – Center Director; Mr. Nguyen Anh Tuan – Chief of Central Office; On the side of the Expert Evaluation Team, there was Prof. Dr. Science. Dang Ung Van – Head of Delegation; MSc. Dinh Tuan Dung – Union Secretary;

During the preliminary survey day, the Evaluation Expert Team worked with the leaders of Bac Giang Agriculture and Forestry University, the University’s Self-Evaluation Council, Heads of the University’s units, the Secretariat and specialized groups. Responsible for main contents including:

• The evaluation expert team reports the results of the study of the School’s self-assessment profile; Announce the official survey plan and facilities requirements that the school needs to prepare for the official survey;
• Agree on issues that the School needs to prepare: evidence that needs to be supplemented; number and composition of subjects invited to interview;
• Agree on the official survey schedule;
• Agree on working principles
• Visit some locations of the school preparing for the official survey such as the office of the Evaluation Team, the interview room, the hall for the Opening Ceremony of the official survey, etc.
• Preliminary check of the School’s documents

Signing Minutes of Preliminary Survey at Bac Giang Agriculture and Forestry University

At the end of the preliminary survey day, the Director of the Education Evaluation Center – Vietnam Association of Community Council, Head of the Evaluation Expert Team and Principal of Bac Giang Agriculture and Forestry University signed a Memorandum of Understanding after the preliminary survey of the Evaluation Team. The official survey time of the Expert Evaluation Team at the University was agreed to begin on January 2, 2018 and end on January 6, 2018.
