CENTRE FOR EDUCATION ACCREDITATION

On August 9, 2019, the external evaluation expert team (EGN) of the Center for Educational Quality Accreditation (KĐCLGD) – Association of Vietnam Universities and Colleges (CTĐHCĐVN) conducted a preliminary survey at the University. Dai Nam University to prepare for the official survey according to the educational institution quality accreditation process of the Ministry of Education and Training.

Participating in the preliminary survey day at Dai Nam University, on the side of the Center for Education Accreditation – Vietnam Association of Community Councils, there was Associate Professor, PhD. Nguyen Phuong Nga – Center Director; Associate Professor, PhD. Tran Thi Ha, Deputy Director of the Center for Education Quality Assurance, Head of the Delegation; MSc. Dinh Tuan Dung – Secretary of the Youth Union, Mr. Nguyen Anh Tuan – Chief of the Central Office.

During the preliminary survey day, the Evaluation Expert Team worked with Dai Nam University’s leaders, the University’s Self-Evaluation Council, Heads of the University’s units, the Secretariat and specialized working groups. Responsible for main contents including:

• The evaluation expert team reports the results of the study of the School’s self-assessment profile; Announce the official survey plan, requirements on the contents the School needs to prepare for the official survey and agree on the issues the School needs to prepare:
• Evidences that need to be supplemented; number and composition of subjects invited to interview;
• Agree on the official survey schedule;
• Agree on working principles
• Visit some locations of the school preparing for the official survey such as the office of the Evaluation Team, the interview room, the hall for the Opening Ceremony of the official survey, etc.
• Preliminary check of the School’s documents

Signing Minutes of Preliminary Survey at Dai Nam University

At the end of the preliminary survey day, the Director of the Center for Educational Quality Assessment – Vietnam Association of Community Council, Head of the Evaluation Expert Team and Principal of Dai Nam University signed a Memorandum of Understanding after the preliminary survey of the Evaluation Team. The official survey time of the Expert Evaluation Team at the University was agreed to begin on September 5, 2019 and end on September 11, 2019.
