CENTRE FOR EDUCATION ACCREDITATION

On August 10, 2019, the external evaluation expert team (EGN) of the Center for Educational Quality Accreditation (KĐCLGD) – Association of Vietnam Universities and Colleges (CTĐHCĐVN) preliminarily surveyed three programs. Training: Dentistry Doctor Training Program, Level I Specialty Training Program in Internal Medicine and Master of Preventive Medicine Training Program of the University of Medicine and Pharmacy – Thai Nguyen University to Prepare for the official survey according to the training program quality accreditation process of the Ministry of Education and Training.

Participating in the preliminary survey day at Thai Nguyen University of Medicine and Pharmacy, on the side of the Center for Education Quality Control – Vietnam Association of Community Councils, there was Associate Professor, PhD. Nguyen Phuong Nga – Center Director; Associate Professor, PhD. Tran Thi Ha, Deputy Director of the Center for Education Quality Assurance, Head of the Delegation; MSc. Dinh Tuan Dung – Union Secretary; Mr. Nguyen Anh Tuan – Chief of the Center Office and Ms. Nguyen Thi Tam Trinh – Chief Accountant of the Center.

Associate Professor, PhD. Nguyen Phuong Nga – Director of the Center for Education Quality Accreditation spoke at the Preliminary Survey of three training programs at the University of Medicine and Pharmacy – Thai Nguyen University

During the preliminary survey day, the Evaluation Expert Team worked with the leaders of the University of Medicine and Pharmacy, Thai Nguyen University, the University’s Self-Evaluation Council, Heads of the University’s units, the Secretariat and specialized working groups with main contents including:

• The evaluation expert team reports the results of the study of the School’s self-assessment profile; announce the official survey plan and the contents the school needs to prepare for the official survey; Agree on the issues the School needs to prepare:
• Evidences that need to be supplemented;
• Number and composition of subjects invited for interview;
• Agree on the official survey schedule;
• Agree on working principles
• Visit some locations of the school preparing for the official survey such as the office of the Evaluation Team, the interview room, the hall for the Opening Ceremony of the official survey, etc.
• Preliminary check of the School’s documents

Signing Minutes of Preliminary Survey at Thai Nguyen University of Medicine and Pharmacy

At the end of the preliminary survey day, the Director of the Center for Educational Quality Assessment – Vietnam Association of Community Councils, Head of the Delegation of Evaluation Experts and Principal of the University of Medicine and Pharmacy, Thai Nguyen University signed a Memorandum of Understanding after the preliminary survey of the Delegation. DGN. The official survey time of the Expert Evaluation Team at the University was agreed to begin on August 21, 2019 and end on August 27, 2019.
