On December 6, 2021, the External Evaluation Expert Team (DGN), established by the Center for Educational Quality Accreditation (KĐCLGD) – Association of Vietnam Universities and Colleges (CTĐHCĐVN), conducted a Official survey (KSCT) serves the assessment of 02 training programs (CTDT): Nursing at university level and Public Health at master’s level of Thai Binh University of Medicine and Pharmacy.

The opening ceremony of the KSCT round was held on the morning of December 6, 2021 at Thai Binh University of Medicine and Pharmacy. Attending the opening ceremony, on the side of the Education Quality Certification Center, there was Associate Professor, PhD. Nguyen Phuong Nga – Center Director; Mr. Nguyen Anh Tuan – Chief of Central Office. On the side of the Expert Evaluation Team, there was Prof. Dr. Science. Banh Tien Long – Former Permanent Deputy Minister of Education and Training, Head of the Evaluation Delegation; Dr. Nguyen Van Ly – Auditor of Education Quality Accreditation Center – Vietnam Association of General Meeting of Shareholders, Permanent member; Associate Professor, PhD. Nguyen Van Uyen – Head of High Quality Department – Center for Educational Quality Assessment – Vietnam Association of General Meeting of Shareholders, Secretary and members of the Evaluation Delegation include: PhD. Pham Ngan Giang and PhD. Ha Xuan Son.

On the side of Thai Binh University of Medicine and Pharmacy, there were: Associate Professor, PhD. Nguyen Duy Cuong – Vice Principal in charge of the School, Chairman of the SA Council; Associate Professor, PhD. Nguyen Quoc Tien – Chairman of the School Council, Vice Chairman of the SA Council; Associate Professor, PhD. Nguyen Xuan Bai – Vice Principal, Vice Chairman of the SA Council; Associate Professor. Dr. Vu Phong Tuc – Dean of the Faculty of Public Health, Vice Chairman of the SA Council; Dr. Tran Thai Phuc – Head of Nursing Department, Vice Chairman of the SA Council; Dr. Tran Manh Ha, Head of Education Quality Assurance and Testing Department and Associate Professor, PhD. Tran Thi Phuong, Deputy Head of Education Quality Assurance and Testing Department, Secretary of the SA Council; along with members of the 02 Self-Evaluation Councils of 02 training programs, specialized groups, representatives of unions and units of Thai Binh University of Medicine and Pharmacy.

The official survey to serve the Evaluation begins from December 6, 2021 to December 10, 2021. The evaluation expert team outside the 02 training programs conducted surveys, researched documents, and interviewed employers; former learner; learner; School Leaders; Leaders of mass organizations, faculties, departments, centers, functional departments, and lecturer representatives; Collect feedback from stakeholders; telephone to assess the employment status of 303 graduates; Observe the facilities, laboratories, practice rooms and departments of 02 training programs at Thai Binh University of Medicine and Pharmacy to authenticate the information in the self-assessment report of 02 training programs of the University, thereby making recommendations. Recommendations to help improve and enhance the quality of the University’s training program.

The closing ceremony of the KSCT round to serve the evaluation of 02 training programs of Thai Binh University of Medicine and Pharmacy was held at 15:00 on December 9, 2021. At the closing ceremony of the KSCT round, the head of the expert evaluation team was Professor Dr. Banh Tien Long presented the preliminary report on the results of quality assessment of 02 training programs of Thai Binh University of Medicine and Pharmacy. The report of the Evaluation Team clearly stated the school’s strengths; At the same time, the Evaluation Team made recommendations for the School to promote the strengths and overcome the shortcomings of the 02 training programs with the aim of continuously improving the training quality of the School.

Absorbing the recommendations of the Evaluation Expert Team in the Preliminary Report on the results of quality assessment of 02 training programs of Thai Binh University of Medicine and Pharmacy, Associate Professor, PhD. Nguyen Duy Cuong – Vice Principal in charge of the School, Chairman of the SA Council, affirmed that the School will have specific and feasible plans and solutions to implement the recommendations of the SA Expert Team.

At the closing session, the Director of the Center for Educational Quality Assessment – Vietnam Association of Community Councils, Head of the expert assessment team and Vice Principal in charge of the School, Thai Binh University of Medicine and Pharmacy signed the minutes to complete the official survey to serve assessment. 02 training programs of the school. After the Closing Ceremony, the Delegation Expert team continued to work internally until December 10, 2021, ending the 02 CTDT survey of Thai Binh University of Medicine and Pharmacy.
