On March 24, 2021, the Center for Educational Quality Accreditation (KĐCLGD) – Association of Vietnam Universities and Colleges (CTĐHCĐVN) coordinated with Thang Long University to organize the opening of the official survey ( KSCT) serves the external evaluation of 03 university-level training programs (Computer Science, English Language and Business Administration) at Thang Long University.

Attending the opening ceremony of the KSCT round on the side of the Education Quality Testing Center were: Associate Professor, PhD. Nguyen Phuong Nga –  Center Director; Dr. Le Thi Kim Dung and MSc. Tran Quoc Hung – Supervising officer of the Evaluation Delegation. On the side of the Expert Evaluation Team, there were: Associate Professor, PhD. Tran Thi Ha – former Director of the Department of Higher Education of the Ministry of Education and Training, Deputy Director of the Center, Head of the Delegation; MSc. Dinh Tuan Dung – Head of Education Promotion Department, Secretary of the Youth Union; Members of the Evaluation Team include Prof.Dr. Nguyen Quang Dong – Senior lecturer, National Economics University; Associate Professor, PhD. Nguyen Van Uyen – Head of the Department of Education Technology; Dr. Pham Van Hung, Head of the Department of Examination and Educational Quality Assurance, Thai Nguyen University; Dr. To Thi Thu Huong is former Head of the Department of Educational Quality Assurance, Institute for Educational Quality Assurance – VNU.

The official survey to serve the assessment begins from March 24, 2021 to March 30, 2021. The evaluation expert team outside the 03 training programs surveyed and researched documents and interviewed employers; former learner; learner; School Leaders; Leaders of mass organizations, faculties, departments, centers, functional departments, and lecturer representatives; Collect feedback from stakeholders; phone to assess the employment status of graduates; Observe the facilities, laboratories, practice rooms and departments of 03 training programs at Thang Long University to verify the information in the 03 self-assessment reports of 03 training programs of the University, thereby making recommendations. Recommendations to help improve and enhance the quality of the University’s training program.

After 7 working days, the Closing Ceremony of the KSCT to serve the evaluation of 03 university-level training programs of Thang Long University was held at 3:00 p.m. on March 30, 2021. At the Closing Ceremony of the Technical Inspection period, Head of the external expert evaluation team – Associate Professor, PhD. Tran Thi Ha presented the preliminary report on the results of quality assessment of 03 university-level training programs of Thang Long University. The report of the Evaluation Team clearly stated the strengths of the school’s 03 training programs; At the same time, the Evaluation Delegation made recommendations for the School to promote the strengths and overcome the shortcomings of the 03 training programs with the aim of continuously improving the training quality of the School.

Accepting the recommendations of the Expert Group of Experts, Dr. Phan Huy Phu – Principal of the School, Chairman of the SA Council, affirmed that the School will have specific and feasible plans and solutions to implement the recommendations of the SA Expert Team.

At the end of the closing session, the Director of the Center for Educational Quality Assessment – Vietnam Association of General Education Programs, the Head of the Expert Evaluation Team and the Principal of Thang Long University signed the Minutes of completion of the official survey to serve the evaluation of 03 university level training programs. of the School.
