CENTRE FOR EDUCATION ACCREDITATION

On April 16, 2021, the External Evaluation Expert Team (DGN), established by the Center for Educational Quality Accreditation (KĐCLGD) – Association of Vietnam Universities and Colleges (CTĐHCĐVN), conducted a Preliminary survey (KSSB) of 03 training programs (CTDT) at university level (Social Work major; Finance – Banking major; Law major) at Trade Union University, to prepare for the survey official (KSCT) according to the educational quality accreditation process of the Ministry of Education and Training.

At the end of the KSSB inspection day, the Director of the Center for Educational Quality Evaluation – Vietnam Association of General Education Programs, the Head of the Evaluation Expert Team and the Principal of the Trade Union University signed a Memorandum of Understanding after the KSSB inspection of the Evaluation Expert Team.

The survey to serve the assessment of 03 university-level training programs (Social Work major; Finance – Banking major; Law major) was officially opened on April 23, 2021 at Trade Union University.

Attending the opening ceremony of the CTQC, on the side of the Center for Educational Quality Testing, there was Associate Professor, PhD. On the side of the Delegation of Experts, there was Prof.Dr. Nguyen Quang Dong – Senior Lecturer of National Economics University, Head of Delegation; Associate Professor, Dr. Nguyen Van Uyen – Head of the Department of Education Technology, Secretary of the Youth Union; Dr. Nguyen Van Ly – Auditor of the Education Quality Accreditation Center, Standing Member and members of the Evaluation Delegation include: Associate Professor, Dr. Pham Van Quyet, PhD. Nguyen Duc Thanh, PhD. Nguyen Thi Thu Ha. On the side of Trade Union University, there are: Dr. Le Cao Thang – Chairman of the School Council; Dr. Le Manh Hung – Principal, Chairman of the SA Council; Dr. Nguyen  Duc Tinh – Vice Rector, Vice Chairman of the SA Council; Dr. Duong Thi Thanh Xuan – Vice Principal, Vice Chairman of the SA Council; Associate Professor. Dr. Do Thi Van Anh – Dean of the Faculty of Social Work, Vice Chairman of the SA Council; Dr. Nguyen Thi Thanh – Deputy Head of the Faculty of Law, Vice Chairman of the SA Council; Dr. Hoang Thi Minh Chau – Dean of the Faculty of Finance and Banking, Vice Chairman of the SA Council; MSc. Dam Khac Cu – Head of Audit and Quality Assurance Department, Secretary of the SA Council; along with members of 03 Self-Evaluation Councils of 03 training programs, specialized groups, representatives of unions and units of Trade Union University.

The official survey to serve the assessment begins from April 23, 2021 to April 29, 2021. The evaluation expert team outside the 03 training programs surveyed and researched documents and interviewed employers; former learner; learner; School Leaders; Leaders of mass organizations, faculties, departments, centers, functional departments, and lecturer representatives; Collect feedback from stakeholders; telephone to assess the employment status of 610 graduates; Observe the facilities, laboratories, practice rooms and departments of 03 training programs at Trade Union University to verify the information in the self-assessment report of 03 training programs of the University, thereby providing recommendations. Suggestions to help improve and enhance the quality of the school’s training program.

After 7 working days, the Closing Ceremony of the KSCT round to serve the evaluation of 03 university-level training programs of Trade Union University was held at 4:00 p.m. on April 29, 2021. At the Closing Ceremony of the KSCT, Head of the external expert evaluation team – Prof.Dr. Nguyen Quang Dong presented the preliminary report on the results of quality assessment of 03 university-level training programs of Trade Union University. The report of the Evaluation Team clearly stated the school’s strengths; At the same time, the Evaluation Delegation made recommendations for the School to promote the strengths and overcome the shortcomings of the 03 training programs with the aim of continuously improving the training quality of the School.

Absorbing the recommendations of the Expert Evaluation Team in the Preliminary Report on the results of quality assessment of 03 training programs of Trade Union University, Dr. Le Manh Hung – Principal of the School, Chairman of the SA Council, affirmed that the School will have specific and feasible plans and solutions to implement the recommendations of the SA Expert Team.
