On April 25, 2021, the External Evaluation Expert Team (DGN), established by the Center for Educational Quality Accreditation (KĐCLGD) – Association of Vietnam Universities and Colleges (CTĐHCĐVN), surveyed Preliminary (KSSB) 03 training programs (curriculum) at university level (Preschool Education, Primary Education and Accounting) at Tan Trao University, to prepare for the official survey (KSCT) according to the educational quality accreditation process of the Ministry of Education and Training.

At the end of the KSSB day, the Center Leader, Head of the Evaluation Expert Team and the Principal of Tan Trao University signed a Memorandum of Understanding after the SB of the Evaluation Expert Team.

Due to the Covid -19 epidemic situation, the KSCT to serve the assessment of 03 university-level training programs (Preschool Education, Primary Education and Accounting) has been postponed and officially opened the KSCT on July 12, 2021 at Tan Trao University.

Attending the opening ceremony of the CTQC, on the side of the Center for Educational Quality Testing, there was Associate Professor, PhD. Nguyen Phuong Nga – Center Director; Mr. Nguyen Anh Tuan – Chief of Office. On the side of the Expert Evaluation Team, there was Associate Professor, PhD. Tran Thi Ha – Former Director, Department of Higher Education – Ministry of Education and Training, Head of Delegation; MSc. Dinh Tuan Dung – Head of the Department of Education and Training, Secretary of the Youth Union; and inspectors: Dr. Tran Duc Hieu, Professor, PhD. Nguyen Quang Dong, Associate Professor, PhD. Pham Van Quyet, PhD. Pham Van Hung. On the side of Tan Trao University, there are: Associate Professor, PhD. Nguyen Ba Duc – Principal, Chairman of the SA Council; Dr. Nguyen Khai Hoan – Vice Principal, Vice Chairman of the SA Council; Dr. Vu Quynh Loan – Vice Principal; Dr. Vu Thi Kieu Trang – Head of the Department of Primary and Early Childhood Education, Vice Chairwoman of the SA Council; MSc. Dinh Thi Lan – Deputy Dean, Vice Chairwoman of the SA Council; along with members of 03 Self-Evaluation Councils of 03 training programs, specialized groups, representatives of unions and units of Tan Trao University.

The team of experts from the GGN surveyed and studied documents and interviewed employers; former learner; learner; School Leaders; Leaders of mass organizations, faculties, departments, centers, functional departments, and lecturer representatives; Collect feedback from stakeholders; telephone to assess the employment status of 115 graduates; Observe the facilities, laboratories, practice rooms and departments of 03 training programs at Tan Trao University to verify the information in the self-assessment report of 03 training programs of the University, thereby providing recommendations. Suggestions to help improve and enhance the quality of the school’s training program.

The closing ceremony of the KSCT round to serve the evaluation of 03 university-level training programs of Tan Trao University was held on July 14, 2021. At the Closing Ceremony of the Technical Inspection period, Head of the external expert evaluation team – Associate Professor, PhD. Tran Thi Ha presented the preliminary report on the results of quality assessment of 03 university-level training programs of Tan Trao University. The report of the Evaluation Team clearly stated the school’s strengths; At the same time, the Evaluation Delegation made recommendations for the School to promote the strengths and overcome the shortcomings of the 03 training programs with the aim of continuously improving the training quality of the School.

Absorbing the recommendations of the Evaluation Expert Team in the Preliminary Report on the results of quality assessment of 03 training programs of Tan Trao University, Associate Professor, PhD. Nguyen Ba Duc – Principal of the School, Chairman of the SA Council affirmed that the School will have specific and feasible plans and solutions to implement the recommendations of the SA Expert Team.
