CENTRE FOR EDUCATION ACCREDITATION

On December 31, 2020, the External Evaluation Expert Team (DGN), established by the Center for Educational Quality Accreditation (KĐCLGD) – Association of Vietnam Universities and Colleges (CTĐHCĐVN), surveyed Preliminary (KSSB) 02 training programs (CTDT) at university level: Information Technology major and English Language major at Hanoi University of Industry, to prepare for the official survey (KSCT) according to educational quality accreditation process of the Ministry of Education and Training.

At the end of the KSSB day, the Director of the Center for Educational Quality Assessment – Vietnam Association of General Education Programs, the Head of the Evaluation Expert Team and the Principal of Hanoi University of Industry signed a Memorandum of Understanding after the KSSB of the Evaluation Expert Team.

KSCT serves 02 university-level training programs: Information Technology major; The English Language major was officially opened on April 8, 2021 at Hanoi University of Industry.

Attending the opening ceremony of the CTQC, on the side of the Center for Educational Quality Testing, there was Associate Professor, PhD. Nguyen Van Uyen, Head of the Department of Education Technology – Secretary of the Youth Union and members of the Evaluation Team including Dr. Pham Van Hung, PhD. Nguyen Thi Tuyet, PhD. To Thi Thu Huong. On the side of Hanoi University of Industry, there was Associate Professor, PhD. Tran Duc Quy – Principal, Chairman of the SA Council, Associate Professor, PhD. Pham Van Bong – Vice Rector, Vice Chairman of the SA Council, PhD. Bui Thi Ngan – Vice Rector, Vice Chairman of the SA Council, PhD. Nguyen Anh Tuan – Vice Rector, Vice Chairman of the SA Council, PhD. Dang Trong Hop – Head of the Faculty of Information Technology, Member of the SA Council, PhD. Hoang Trong Tue – Head of the Department of Foreign Languages, Member of the SA Council, Secretary of the SA Council and members of the 02 Self-Evaluation Councils of 02 training programs, specialized groups, representatives of unions and units of Hanoi University of Industry.

The official survey to serve the assessment begins from April 8, 2021 to April 12, 2021. The evaluation expert team outside the 02 training programs surveyed and researched documents and interviewed employers; former learner; learner; School Leaders; Leaders of mass organizations, faculties, departments, centers, functional departments, and lecturer representatives; Collect feedback from stakeholders; phone assessment of employment status of 540 graduates; Observe the facilities, laboratories, practice rooms and departments of 02 training programs at Hanoi University of Industry to verify the information in the self-assessment report of the University’s educational facilities, thereby providing Make recommendations to help improve and enhance the quality of the University’s training program.

After 5 working days, the closing ceremony of the KSCT round to serve the 02CTDT assessment of Hanoi University of Industry was held at 5:30 p.m. on April 12, 2021. At the closing ceremony of the KSCT round, Head of the external expert evaluation team – Prof. Dr. Banh Tien Long presented the preliminary report on the results of quality assessment of 02 training programs of Hanoi University of Industry. The report of the Evaluation Team clearly stated the strengths of the school’s 02 training programs; At the same time, the Evaluation Team made recommendations for the School to promote its strengths and overcome shortcomings with the aim of continuously improving the training quality of the School.

Absorbing the recommendations of the Evaluation Expert Team in the Preliminary Report on the results of quality assessment of 02 training programs of Hanoi University of Industry, Associate Professor, PhD. Tran Duc Quy, Principal of the School, affirmed that the School will have specific and feasible plans and solutions to implement the recommendations of the Evaluation Expert Team.

At the end of the closing session, the Director of the Center for Educational Quality Evaluation – Vietnam Association of General Education Programs, the Head of the evaluation expert team and the Principal of Hanoi University of Industry signed the Minutes of completion of the official survey to serve the evaluation of 02 educational programs of the State. school.
