Implementing the Decision of the Director of the Center for Educational Quality Accreditation (KĐCLGD) – Association of Vietnam Universities and Colleges (CĐHCĐVN) on establishing an external evaluation team (Evaluation) of the University’s educational facility Phu Yen University, the External Evaluation Expert Team (DGN) has deployed a Preliminary Survey (KSSB) to serve the quality accreditation of educational facilities at Phu Yen University in City. Tuy Hoa, Phu Yen Province on March 18, 2022. Participating in the KSSB at Phu Yen University on the side of the Center for Educational Qualification – Vietnam Association of Community Councils, there was Associate Professor. Dr. Nguyen Phuong Nga, Director of the Center for Educational Evaluation and Chief of the Center Office.

On the side of the External Evaluation Team was Prof. Dr. Science. Banh Tien Long, former Permanent Deputy Minister – Ministry of Education and Training, Head of the Evaluation Delegation; Dr. Nguyen Thi Tuyet, Secretary of the union.

Welcoming and working with the Delegation of Experts at Phu Yen University, there was Dr. Tran Lang – Principal, Chairman of the SA Council; Dr. Le Duc Thoang, Vice Principal, Vice Chairman of the SA Council; MSc. Vo Thi Minh Duyen, Chairman of the School Council, Vice Chairman of the SA Council; MSc. Huynh Minh Giang – Deputy Head of Quality Management Department, Secretary of the SA Council, along with members of the SA Council, specialized groups, representatives of unions and units of Phu Yen University.

The Evaluation Team agreed on working principles with the School, announced the results of the School’s self-assessment research, agreed on the number and subjects invited to be interviewed, and the facilities and equipment to be used. visit, survey….

The Center Director, Head of the Evaluation Delegation and Phu Yen University Leaders agreed on the preparation contents and time plan to serve the inspection period from April 6, 2022 to April 12, 2022.

At the end of the KSSB day, the Director of the Education Quality Evaluation Center, the Head of the Evaluation Expert Team and the Principal of Phu Yen University signed a Memorandum of Understanding after the preliminary survey of the Evaluation Expert Team.
