On the morning of November 1, 2016, in Thai Nguyen City, the Center for Educational Quality Accreditation – Association of Vietnam Universities and Colleges (TTKĐCLGD-HHCTĐHCĐVN) coordinated with the University of Information Technology and Communications -Thai Nguyen University (Thai Nguyen University of Information and Communications – TNU) organized the opening of the official survey according to the educational quality accreditation process (KĐCLGD) at the TTU – TNTN according to the university quality assessment standards of the State. On the side of the University of Technology and Information Technology – TNTN, there was Dr. Nguyen Van Tao – Party Committee Secretary, School Principal and Dr. Truong Ha Hai – Chairman of the School Council along with Vice Principals, Leaders of faculties, departments, institutes, centers, representatives of lecturers and students.
Opening the official survey session (KSCT), Associate Professor, PhD. Nguyen Phuong Nga – Director of the Center for Educational Quality Assessment – HCTĐHCĐVN reviewed the activities that external assessment experts have deployed, which are appraisal of self-assessment reports and preliminary surveys at the University of Information and Communication Technology – TNU and affirmed the principles of educational quality assessment of The Center is Fair – Fair – Professional with the goal of making recommendations for the University to improve and develop the quality of training and scientific research products.
Speaking at the Opening Ceremony, Associate Professor, PhD. Tran Quang Quy – Vice President of the Association of Vietnam General Collegiate Schools has clearly stated the interest of Deputy Prime Minister Vu Duc Dam, the Ministry of Education and Training and the Association in the work of education quality accreditation in the national education system. That is why the Minister of Education and Training has allowed the establishment and license to operate the Center for Educational Quality Accreditation under the Association of Vietnam Collegiate Universities.
Associate Professor, PhD. Mai Van Trinh – Director of the Department of Education Quality Accreditation and Accreditation, gave a directive speech at the KSCT Opening Ceremony, emphasizing the benefits for schools in education quality accreditation and appreciating the Center’s efforts in contributing to the cause of education quality accreditation in Vietnam. The industry, in particular, has built the trust of universities and colleges, so it implemented quality accreditation for universities right in the first year of its establishment.

This official survey was implemented for four days from November 1, 2016 to November 4, 2016. During the official survey days, the Evaluation Expert Team researched evidence documents, discussed and interviewed relevant groups, visited and collected feedback from relevant parties, and observed facilities. facilities of the University of Information and Communication Technology – TNTN to authenticate information and data according to the University’s self-assessment report, thereby providing recommendations to help the University improve and enhance the quality of the University’s activities.
