On December 14, 2019, the Center for Educational Quality Accreditation – Association of Vietnamese Universities and Colleges (CTĐHCĐVN) coordinated with Dau University when Vietnam organized the opening of the main survey. Method for assessment outside educational institutions according to Circular 12/2017/TT-BGDDT dated May 19, 2017 of the Ministry of Education and Training.

Tran Thi Ha – Head of delegation; MSc. Dinh Tuan Dung – Union Secretary; Associate Professor, PhD. Pham Van Quyet; Associate Professor, PhD. Nguyen Van Uyen; Dr. Nguyen Thi Thu Ha; Dr. To Thi Thu Huong and PhD. Nguyen Duc Thanh is a member of the delegation. The official survey to serve the assessment begins from December 14 to December 20, 2019. The team of external assessment experts conducted surveys, researched documents, and interviewed employers; former learner; learner; School Leaders; Leaders of mass organizations, faculties, departments, centers, functional departments, and lecturer representatives; Collect feedback from stakeholders; phone assessment of employment status of 349 graduates; Observe the facilities, laboratories, practice rooms and departments of Vietnam Petroleum University to verify the information in the University’s self-assessment report, thereby making recommendations to help improve progress and improve the training quality of the School.

After 7 working days, the Closing Ceremony of the Official Survey to serve the Evaluation of Petroleum University of Vietnam was held at 15:00 on December 20, 2019. At the Closing Ceremony of the Official Survey, Head of the external assessment expert team – Associate Professor, PhD. Tran Thi Ha presented the Preliminary Report on the results of assessing the quality of educational facilities of Vietnam Petroleum University. The external evaluation report clearly stated the school’s strengths; At the same time, the Evaluation Team makes recommendations for the School to promote its strengths and overcome shortcomings with the aim of continuously improving the training quality of the School.

Absorbing the recommendations of the Evaluation Expert Team in the preliminary report on the results of assessing the quality of the school’s educational facilities, Dr. Pham Minh Quoc Binh – Principal of the School, Chairman of the SA Council affirmed that the School will have specific and feasible plans and solutions to implement the recommendations of the SA Expert Team.

At the end of the closing session, the Director of the Center for Educational Quality Evaluation – Vietnam Association of General Education Association, Head of the evaluation expert team and Principal of Petroleum University of Vietnam signed the minutes of completion of the official survey to serve the assessment of institutional quality. the School’s educational department.
