CENTRE FOR EDUCATION ACCREDITATION

On the morning of January 14, 2018, in Da Nang City, the Center for Educational Quality Accreditation (KĐCLGD) – Association of Vietnam Universities and Colleges (CTĐHCĐVN) coordinated with Da Nang University of Architecture Danang organized the opening of an official survey to serve the external assessment of Da Nang University of Architecture according to the university quality assessment standards of the Ministry of Education and Training.

On the side of the Education Quality Accreditation Center, there was Associate Professor, PhD. Nguyen Phuong Nga – Center Director; Mr. Nguyen Anh Tuan – Chief of Central Office.

On the side of the external expert evaluation team was Prof. Dr. Science. Dang Ung Van – Head of Delegation; MSc. Dinh Tuan Dung – Secretary; Prof.Dr. Nguyen Quang Dong – Permanent member; Associate Professor, PhD. Le Van Hao and PhD. To Thi Thu Huong is a member of the Evaluation Delegation.

On the side of Danang University of Architecture, there are: Prof.Dr. Nguyen Tan Quy, Principal, Chairman of the SA Council; Dr. Le Cong Toan, Vice Principal, Vice Chairman of the SA Council; Dr. Pham Anh Tuan, Vice Rector, Vice Chairman of the SA Council; Engineer Nguyen Thi Oanh, Vice Principal, Vice Chairman of the SA Council; with leaders of faculties, departments, representatives of lecturers and students of Danang University of Architecture.

The survey to serve the assessment was conducted from January 14, 2018 to January 18, 2018. The external assessment team conducted surveys, researched documents, and interviewed employers; former learner; learner; School Leadership Board; Leaders of mass organizations, faculties, departments, centers, functional departments, and lecturer representatives; Survey to collect feedback from stakeholders and visit facilities of Danang University of Architecture to verify information according to the University’s self-assessment report, thereby making recommendations Help the School improve and improve quality.

The closing ceremony of the KSCT round serving the evaluation of Da Nang University of Architecture was held on January 18, 2018. At the Closing Ceremony of the KSCT, Head of the External Evaluation Team – Prof. Dr. Dang Ung Van presented the Preliminary Report on the results of assessing the quality of education at Danang University of Architecture. The external evaluation report clearly stated the school’s strengths; At the same time, the Evaluation Team makes recommendations for the School to promote its strengths and overcome shortcomings with the aim of continuously improving quality.

Absorbing the recommendations of the Evaluation Expert Team in the preliminary report on the results of education quality assessment, Prof.Dr. Nguyen Tan Quy – Principal of the School affirmed that the School has and will have feasible plans and solutions to implement the recommendations of the Evaluation Team.

At the end of the closing session, Director of the Center for Educational Quality Assessment – Vietnam Association of General Education Programs, Head of the Evaluation Expert Team and Principal of the University Prof.Dr. Nguyen Tan Quy signed the minutes of completion of the official survey to assess the quality of the school.
