CENTRE FOR EDUCATION ACCREDITATION

On the morning of March 19, 2018, in Hanoi City, the Center for Educational Quality Testing (KĐCLGD) – Association of Vietnam Universities and Colleges (CTĐHCĐVN) coordinated with the University of Arts and Education Central Technical University (Central University of Pedagogy) organizes an official assessment service survey outside Central University of Pedagogy according to the university quality assessment standards of the Ministry of Education and Training.

The external evaluation team, leaders of the Department of Quality Management – Ministry of Education and Training, the School’s Board of Directors and the SA Council took souvenir photos.

Attend the opening ceremony:

On the side of the Ministry of Education and Training, there was Associate Professor, PhD. Mai Van Trinh Director, Department of Quality Management (QLCL), PhD. Le My Phong, Head of Quality Assurance Department, Department of Quality Management.

On the side of the Education Quality Accreditation Center, there was Associate Professor, PhD. Nguyen Phuong Nga, Center Director; Ms. Nguyen Thi Tam Trinh, Center Officer, MSc. Tong Thanh Trung Center Specialist.

On the side of the external expert evaluation team was Prof. Dr. Science. Dang Ung Van, Head of Delegation; Dr. To Thi Thu Huong, Secretary of the Youth Union; Associate Professor, PhD. Pham Van Quyet, Permanent Member; Dr. Tran Thi Hoai and PhD. Le Huy Tung is a member of the Evaluation Expert Team.

On the side of the Central University of Pedagogy, there was Dr. Dao Dang Phuong – Party Committee Secretary, Principal, Chairman of the SA Council; Associate Professor, PhD. Tran Dinh Tuan – Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee, Vice Principal, Vice Chairman of the SA Council; MSc. Ngo Thi Hoa Binh – Head of Department of Economics, Quality Assurance and Education, Secretary of the SA Council, Heads/Deputies of units, representatives of mass organizations, representatives of lecturers and learners.

The survey to serve the assessment was conducted from March 19, 2018 to March 23, 2018. The team of experts from the GGN conducted a survey, researched documents, and interviewed employers; former learner; learner; School Leadership Board; Leaders of mass organizations, faculties, departments, centers, functional departments, and lecturer representatives; survey to collect feedback from relevant parties, assess the employment status of graduates via direct phone calls with graduates and visit the University’s facilities to verify the information according to the School’s self-assessment report, thereby providing recommendations to help the School improve and improve quality.

The closing ceremony of the KSCT round to serve the assessment of the Central University of Pedagogical Education was held on March 23, 2018. At the Closing Ceremony of the CST, Head of the External Evaluation Team, Prof. Dr. Dang Ung Van presented the preliminary report on the results of assessing the quality of education at the Central University of Pedagogical Education. The report clearly stated the school’s strengths and the delegation’s recommendations for the school to promote its strengths and overcome shortcomings with the aim of continuously improving quality.

Absorbing the recommendations of the Expert Evaluation Team in the preliminary report on the results of education quality assessment, Dr. Dao Dang Phuong – Party Committee Secretary, Principal, Chairman of the SA Council affirmed that the School has and will have feasible plans and solutions to implement the recommendations of the SA Delegation.

At the end of the closing session, Director of the Center for Educational Quality Assessment – Vietnam Association of General Education Programs, Head of the Expert Evaluation Team and Dr. Dao Dang Phuong – Party Committee Secretary, Principal, Chairman of the SA Council signed the minutes of completion of the official survey to assess the quality of the school.
