CENTRE FOR EDUCATION ACCREDITATION

On January 5, 2020, the Center for Educational Quality Accreditation – Association of Vietnamese Universities and Colleges (CEA-AVU&C) organized the 9th Meeting of the Council for Educational Quality Accreditation (KĐCLGD) to appraise the results of assessing the quality of education of 03 educational institutions, including: Hoa Sen University, Nam Dinh Nursing University, Bac Ninh Pedagogical College; Appraisal of quality assessment results of 03 regular university level training programs (Accounting, Mechanical Engineering Technology and Business Administration) of the University of Industrial Economics and Technology has been externally evaluated by the Center according to the procedures and regulations of the Ministry of Education and Training.

Attending the meeting were the Center’s Board of Directors, members of the Education Accreditation Council; Heads of external evaluation expert teams (Evaluators) of 3 educational establishment evaluation teams and 3 related training programs; Principals of universities are appraised of the results of evaluation of educational facilities; The Principal of the University and the Head (deputy) of the training department with the training program will be appraised of the quality assessment results in this meeting.

Opening the meeting, Associate Professor, PhD. Nguyen Phuong Nga, Center Director, Chairman of the Council of Educational Quality Accreditation thoroughly grasped the Content. Purpose of the meeting: Council members are requested to exchange and discuss thoroughly the methods and methods of appraising assessment results and emphasize the principle of review and appraisal based on evidence, and at the same time evaluate the authenticity of the judgments and results of the external assessment of the external assessment expert group on the criteria and standards.

At the meeting, after listening to representatives of school leaders reporting on educational facilities and training programs, representatives of external evaluation expert groups reporting on external evaluation results, representatives of the Specialized Subcommittee subject of reporting appraisal results, the Council asked questions to the Leaders of educational institutions and training programs and discussed with external evaluation teams to further clarify contents related to the activities of Schools and Training Programs.

Based on the study of the Appraisal Document and the contents discussed at the Meeting, the Council discussed recommendations for the School to overcome shortcomings, continue to improve quality and conduct a secret vote. to pass a Resolution on appraising the results of educational quality assessment for 03 higher education institutions and 03 training programs in accordance with the regulations of the Ministry of Education and Training,

Immediately after the Meeting, the Center will continue to implement procedures to implement the process of recognizing educational quality for higher education institutions and training programs according to regulations.
