CENTRE FOR EDUCATION ACCREDITATION

During June 17-20, 2022, the Center for Educational Quality Accreditation, Association of Universities and Colleges of Vietnam in collaboration with Nam Dinh University of Nursing organized an official survey. (KSCT) serves to evaluate outside of the training program (CTDT) in Midwifery at university level.

Attending the opening ceremony on the Center’s side were Associate Professor, PhD. Nguyen Phuong Nga – Center Director and the Center’s supervisory staff. On the side of the Delegation of Education Experts, there is the Delegation of Education Delegation – Associate Professor, PhD. Bui Duy Cam, former Rector of the University of Natural Sciences, Hanoi National University; MSc. Dinh Tuan Dung, Head of Education Quality Assessment Department, Center for Educational Quality Assessment, Vietnam General Assembly Association, Secretary of the Youth Union, Assoc.Prof.Dr. Nguyen Van Uyen, Head of Quality Accreditation Department, Education Quality Accreditation Center – Standing member of the Delegation and members of the Accreditation Delegation.

On the side of Nam Dinh University of Nursing, there was Associate Professor, PhD. Le Thanh Tung, Secretary of the Party Committee, Chairman of the School Council; Dr. Truong Tuan Anh, Principal, Chairman of the SA Council; Dr. Ngo Huy Hoang – Vice Principal, Head of the Faculty of Nursing and Midwifery, Vice Chairman of the SA Council; Dr. Vu Van Thanh – Vice Principal, Vice Chairman of the Self-Evaluation Council with members of the Council for the SA of the Midwifery training program, specialized groups, representatives of the University’s organizations, representatives of lecturers, students and guests.

Carrying out the QSCT round, the External Evaluation Expert Team carried out professional activities such as: researching documents, records, and evidence; Observe and inspect facilities, working conditions, teaching, research, learning, and living conditions of officers, lecturers, staff, and students of the Midwifery training program; Test operation of software for management and administration; Check equipment and tools for practice and experiments; Interview and collect opinions from relevant parties; Work with school leaders and the Council for Self-Evaluation of the Midwifery training program.

After four days of serious and conscientious work, at the closing ceremony of the official survey taking place on June 20, 2022, the External Evaluation Expert Team recognized the achievements of the collective of lecturers and staff. The set of specialists and learners of the midwifery training program has been achieved. The report of the Evaluation Team clearly stated the strengths of the training program; At the same time, the Evaluation Delegation makes recommendations for the School to promote its strengths and overcome shortcomings with the aim of constantly improving and enhancing the training quality of the School.

At the end of the closing session, the Center Director, Head of the expert assessment team and the Principal of Nam Dinh University of Nursing signed the minutes of completion of the inspection to serve the assessment of the Midwifery training program at the University.
