CENTRE FOR EDUCATION ACCREDITATION

On September 13, 2020, the External Evaluation Expert Team (DGN), established by the Center for Educational Quality Accreditation (KĐCLGD) – Association of Vietnam Universities and Colleges (CTĐHCĐVN), conducted a preliminary survey (KSSB) at Buon Ma Thuot University, to prepare for the official survey (KSCT) according to the educational quality accreditation process of the Ministry of Education and Training.

At the end of the KSSB inspection day, the Director of the Center for Educational Quality Assessment – Vietnam Association of General Education Programs, the Head of the Evaluation Expert Team and the Principal of Buon Ma Thuot University signed a Memorandum of Understanding after the KSSB inspection of the Evaluation Expert Team.

Attending the opening ceremony of the CTQC, on the side of the Center for Educational Quality Testing, there was Associate Professor, PhD. On the side of Buon Ma Thuot University, there was Prof. Dr. Dang Tuan Dat – Principal, Chairman of the SA Council; Mr. Tran Van Tuan – Vice Principal, Vice Chairman of the SA Council, representative of the School Council; MSc Tran Thi Thiet – Member of the SA Council, representative of the School Council; BS.CKII. Hoang Van Thai – Vice Principal, Member of the SA Council; MSc. Nguyen Huong Hue – Deputy Head of Audit and Quality Assurance Department, Secretary of the SA Council and members of the SA Council, specialized groups, representatives of unions and units of Buon Ma Thuot University.

The official survey to serve the assessment begins from October 2, 2020 to October 7, 2020. The team of assessment experts outside the educational institution conducted surveys, researched documents, and interviewed employers; former learner; learner; School Leaders; Leaders of mass organizations, faculties, departments, centers, functional departments, and lecturer representatives; Collect feedback from stakeholders; telephone to assess the employment status of 200 graduates; Observe facilities, laboratories, practice rooms and departments at Buon Ma Thuot University to verify information in the self-assessment report of the University’s educational facilities, thereby providing recommendations. Suggestions to help improve and enhance the quality of the school’s educational facilities.

After 6 working days, the closing ceremony of the KSCT round to serve the evaluation of educational institutions at Buon Ma Thuot University was held at 11:00 a.m. on October 7, 2020. At the Closing Ceremony of the CST, Head of the external expert evaluation team, Associate Professor, PhD. Tran Thi Ha presented the Preliminary Report on the results of assessing the quality of educational facilities of Buon Ma Thuot University. The report of the Evaluation Team clearly stated the school’s strengths; At the same time, the Evaluation Team makes recommendations for the School to promote its strengths and overcome shortcomings with the aim of continuously improving the training quality of the School.

Absorbing the recommendations of the Evaluation Expert Team in the preliminary report on the results of assessing the quality of educational facilities of Buon Ma Thuot University, Prof.Dr. Dang Tuan Dat, Principal of the School, affirmed that the School will have specific and feasible plans and solutions to implement the recommendations of the Evaluation Expert Team.

At the end of the closing session, the Director of the Center for Educational Quality Evaluation, the Association of Vietnam General Assembly, the Head of the expert evaluation team and the Principal of Buon Ma Thuot University signed the Minutes of completion of the official survey to serve the evaluation of educational institutions of the country.
