ASSOCIATION OF VIETNAM UNIVERSITIES AND COLLEGES
On November 12, 2019, the External Evaluation Expert Team (EGN) was established by the Center for Educational Quality Accreditation (KĐCLGD) – Association of Vietnam Universities and Colleges (CTĐHCĐVN) in collaboration with the University of Education. Nam Dinh University of Nursing – Ministry of Health organized a preliminary survey to evaluate the quality of school education according to Circular 12/2017/TT-BGDDT dated May 19, 2017 of the Ministry of Education and Training to standardize prepare for the official survey of the school.
Participating in the preliminary survey day at Nam Dinh University of Nursing, on the side of the Center for Education and Training – Vietnam Association of Community Councils, there was Associate Professor, PhD. Nguyen Phuong Nga – Center Director; Mr. Nguyen Anh Tuan and MSc Pham Thi Quyen – Center staff; The expert team of the GGN includes Assoc.Prof.Dr. Bui Duy Cam – Head of the Evaluation Delegation; MSc. Dinh Tuan Dung – Secretary of the Youth Youth Union. Receiving and working with the Delegation of Education Experts on the University’s side, there was Associate Professor, PhD. Le Thanh Tung – School Principal, Chairman of the SA Council; Dr. Vu Van Thanh – Vice Principal, Vice Chairman of the SA Council; Dr. Ngo Huy Hoang, Vice Principal, Member of the SA Council; MSc. Tran Huu Hieu – Deputy Director of Education Design & Evaluation, Secretary of the SA Council and members of the Self-Assessment Council, specialized groups, representatives of unions and units of Nam Dinh University of Nursing.

The main content of the preliminary survey day is as follows:
At the end of the preliminary survey day, the Director of the Center for Educational Quality Assessment – Vietnam Community Council Association, Head of the Evaluation Expert Team and Principal of Nam Dinh University of Nursing signed a Memorandum of Understanding after the preliminary survey of the Evaluation Expert Team. . The official survey time of the Expert Evaluation Team at the University was agreed to begin on December 4, 2019 and end on December 10, 2019.
