The 15th meeting of the Council for Educational Quality Accreditation (KĐCLGD) to appraise and recognize the results of quality assessment of educational institutions (CSGD) and training programs (CTĐT) took place from September 1, 2019. March 31, 2022 to April 3, 2022 in Da Nang with the participation of all 13 members of the Council for Educational Quality Accreditation of the Center for Educational Quality Accreditation under the Association of Vietnam Universities and Colleges. Attending the 15th meeting of the Council of Educational Quality Accreditation was a representative of the Department of Quality Management, Ministry of Education and Training, Ms. Tran Thi Bich Hue, Deputy Head of the Department in charge of the Department of Educational Quality Accreditation under the Department of Quality Management.

Opening the Meeting, Associate Professor, Dr. Nguyen Phuong Nga, Chairman of the Council of Educational Quality Accreditation, thoroughly grasped the content and purpose of the Meeting and emphasized the principle of review, appraisal and recognition based on evidence and assessment of authenticity. of the comments and external assessment results of the external assessment expert team for each criterion in the external assessment reports.

At the 15th session, the Council for Educational Quality Accreditation appraised and recognized 5 educational institutions that met the standards for quality accreditation of educational institutions (including: Binh Duong University of Economics and Technology, Ha Ha University of Textile and Garment Industry). Noi University, Thai Binh University, Hanoi University of Business and Technology, Da Nang University of Engineering – Medicine and Pharmacy) and 35 training programs that meet the quality standards of training programs (including training programs of higher education institutions: Academy Vietnam Airlines, Van Lang University, University of Industrial Economics and Technology, Can Tho University, Vinh University, Sao Do University, Bac Giang University of Agriculture and Forestry, Thai Binh University of Medicine and Pharmacy, University of Hanoi Industry and Trade Union University).

The process of appraisal and recognition of educational quality assessment results is carried out according to the following steps: Leaders of higher education institutions report an overview of the accredited educational institution/training program and answer questions from Council; The Head of the External Evaluation Expert Team reports summarizing the results of the external evaluation and answers the Council’s questions; The specialized subcommittee reports the results of appraisal of self-assessment documents and external assessment documents; The Education Quality Accreditation Council discussed the contents of the Council Resolution; Council members vote to approve each Council Resolution; The vote counting team announces the vote counting results to the Council and the educational institution is assessed to recognize the results of the educational certification.
