Implementing Decision No. 125/QD-KĐCLGD dated April 12, 2021 and Decision No. 178/QD-KĐCLGD dated July 1, 2021 of the Director of the Center for Educational Quality Accreditation (KĐCLGD), Hiep Association of Vietnamese Universities and Colleges (CTĐHCĐVN) on the establishment of an external evaluation team for 05 training programs (CTDT) in Literature Pedagogy, Biology Pedagogy, Physics Pedagogy, Chemistry Pedagogy and Mechanical Engineering, university degree from Can Tho University, the External Evaluation Team (EGN) conducted an official survey (KSCT) according to the educational quality accreditation process of the Ministry of Education and Training at Can Tho University .

The official opening ceremony of the Survey was held at 10:00 on February 21, 2022 at Can Tho University. Banh Tien Long, former Permanent Deputy Minister of Education and Training, Head of the Evaluation Delegation; Associate Professor, PhD. Nguyen Van Uyen, Head of the Quality Accreditation Department of the Education Quality Accreditation Center, Vietnam Association of General Education Association, Secretary of the Evaluation Delegation and 07 members of the Evaluation Delegation. On the side of Can Tho University, there was Prof.Dr. Nguyen Thanh Phuong, Secretary of the Party Committee, Chairman of the School Council; Prof.Dr. Ha Thanh Toan, Principal, Chairman of the Self-Assessment Council (TDG); Associate Professor, PhD. Nguyen Hieu Trung, Vice Rector, Standing Vice Chairman of the SA Council; Associate Professor, PhD. Tran Trung Tinh, Vice Principal; Prof.Dr. Tran Ngoc Hai, Vice Principal; Dr. Huynh Anh Huy, Dean of the Faculty of Education, Vice Chairman of the SA Council; Dr. Nguyen Van Cuong, Dean of the Faculty of Technology, Member of the SA Council; along with members of 05 Self-Evaluation Councils of 05 training programs, specialized groups, representatives of unions and units of Can Tho University.

The KSCT survey to serve DGN 05 CTDT starts from February 21, 2022 to February 27, 2022. The evaluation expert team in addition to 05 training programs surveyed, studied documents, interviewed school leaders, leaders of mass organizations, faculties, departments, centers, departments, functional departments, and universities. lecturer representative; former learner; learner; online interviews with employers; Collect feedback from stakeholders; telephone to assess the employment status of 1,180 graduates; Observe the facilities, laboratories, practice rooms and departments of 05 training programs at Can Tho University to verify the information in the Self-assessment report of 05 training programs of the University, thereby providing recommendations. Recommendations to help improve and enhance the quality of the school’s training program.
