CENTRE FOR EDUCATION ACCREDITATION

On September 17, 2019, the external evaluation expert team (EGN) of the Center for Educational Quality Accreditation (KĐCLGD) – Association of Vietnam Universities and Colleges (CTĐHCĐVN) conducted a preliminary survey at the University. Tan Trao school to prepare for the official survey according to the educational institution quality accreditation process of the Ministry of Education and Training.

Participating in the preliminary survey day at Tan Trao University, on the side of the Center for Educational Qualification – Vietnam General Association of Red Cross, there was Associate Professor, PhD. Nguyen Phuong Nga – Center Director; Mr. Nguyen Anh Tuan – Chief of Central Office; On the side of the Expert Evaluation Team, there was Prof. Dr. Science. Banh Tien Long, Member of the GSNN Council, Head of the Delegation; MSc. Dinh Tuan Dung – Union Secretary.

During the preliminary survey day, the Evaluation Expert Team worked with Tan Trao University’s leaders, the University’s Self-Evaluation Council, Heads of the University’s units, the Secretariat and specialized working groups. Responsible for main contents including:

• The evaluation expert team reports the results of the study of the School’s self-assessment profile; Announce the official survey plan and facilities requirements that the school needs to prepare for the official survey;
• Agree on issues that the School needs to prepare: evidence that needs to be supplemented; number and composition of subjects invited to interview;
• Agree on the official survey schedule;
• Agree on working principles
• Visit some locations of the school preparing for the official survey such as the office of the Evaluation Team, the interview room, the hall for the Opening Ceremony of the official survey, etc.
• Preliminary check of the School’s documents

Signing Minutes of Preliminary Survey at Tan Trao University

At the end of the preliminary survey day, the Director of the Education Quality Evaluation Center – Vietnam Association of Community Councils, Head of the Evaluation Expert Team and Principal of Tan Trao University signed a Memorandum of Understanding after the preliminary survey of the Evaluation Team. The official survey time of the Expert Evaluation Team at the University was agreed to start from September 24, 2019 and end on September 30, 2019.
