CENTRE FOR EDUCATION ACCREDITATION

On the morning of September 5, 2019, in Hanoi City, the Center for Educational Quality Accreditation (KĐCLGD) – Association of Vietnam Universities and Colleges (CTĐHCĐVN) coordinated with Dai Nam University to held the opening ceremony of the official survey to serve the external assessment of Dai Nam University according to the university quality assessment standards of the Ministry of Education and Training.

Attend the Opening Ceremony:

On the side of the Ministry of Education and Training, there was Dr. Le My Phong, Deputy Director of Quality Management Department.

On the side of the Education Quality Accreditation Center, there was Associate Professor, PhD. Nguyen Phuong Nga, Director; Associate Professor, PhD. Tran Thi Ha, Deputy Director of the Center, Head of the External Evaluation Team; MSc. Dinh Tuan Dung, Head of Quality Assessment Department, Secretary of the Evaluation Delegation; Members of the Evaluation Team: Prof.Dr. Nguyen Quang Dong, Associate Professor, PhD. Nguyen Van Uyen, Associate Professor, PhD. Pham Van Quyet, PhD. Pham Ngan Giang and PhD. Nguyen Duc Thanh. The administrative support officer is Mr. Nguyen Anh Tuan, Chief of Office.

On the side of Dai Nam University, there was Mr. Le Dac Son – Party Cell Secretary, Chairman of the Board of Directors; Mr. Luong Cao Dong –  Rector, Chairman of the SA Council; Mr. Phan Trong Phuc – Vice Principal, Vice Chairman of the SA Council; Mr. Pham Van Nguyen – Vice Principal, Member of the SA Council; Ms. Le Thi Thanh Huong – Vice Principal, Member of the SA Council; Mr. Nguyen Viet Anh – Vice Principal, Secretary of the SA Council, Head of the SA Council Secretariat, representative of the Trade Union Executive Committee, Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union, Heads of Departments, Committees, Faculties, and Subjects affiliated with the University, members of the Self-Evaluation Council, Secretariat, representatives of lecturers, students, representatives of employers and representatives of former learners.

announced the decision to establish an External Evaluation Team

The official survey serving external assessment of Dai Nam University was conducted from September 5, 2019 to September 10, 2019. The appraisal team has studied documents proving 25 standards with 111 criteria; Direct interviews with 12 target groups; phone assessment of employment status of 311 graduates; Observe classes, visit and survey libraries, laboratories, practice rooms, dormitories and facilities for training, scientific research, culture, arts and sports…

At the closing session of the KSCT, Associate Professor, PhD. Tran Thi Ha, Head of the external assessment team, presented a preliminary report on the results of Dai Nam University’s quality assessment. The preliminary report of the Evaluation Team clearly stated the strengths and recommendations according to 25 standards for assessing university quality, issued by the Ministry of Education and Training.

Absorbing the recommendations of the Expert Evaluation Team in the preliminary report on the results of education quality assessment, Dr. Le Dac Son – Party Cell Secretary, Chairman of the School Board of Directors affirmed that the School will have feasible plans and solutions to implement the recommendations of the Evaluation Expert Team.
