CENTRE FOR EDUCATION ACCREDITATION

On June 14, 2019, the external evaluation expert team (ADG) of the Center for Educational Quality Accreditation (KĐCLGD) – Association of Vietnam Universities and Colleges (CTĐHCĐVN) conducted a preliminary survey at the University. study in Ba Ria – Vung Tau to prepare for the official survey according to the educational institution quality accreditation process of the Ministry of Education and Training.

The Delegation of Experts took a souvenir photo with the leaders of Ba Ria – Vung Tau University at the end of the preliminary survey.

Participating in the preliminary survey day at Ba Ria – Vung Tau University, on the side of the Center for Educational Qualification – Vietnam Association of Community Programs, there was Associate Professor, PhD. Nguyen Phuong Nga – Center Director; Mr. Nguyen Anh Tuan – Chief of Central Office; On the side of the Delegation of Experts, there was Associate Professor, PhD. Tran Thi Ha, Deputy Director of the Center for Education Quality Assurance, Head of the Delegation; MSc. Dinh Tuan Dung – Union Secretary.

During the preliminary survey day, the Evaluation Expert Team worked with the leaders of Ba Ria – Vung Tau University, the University’s Self-Evaluation Council, Heads of the University’s units, the Secretariat and other groups. Specialized work with main contents including:

• The evaluation expert team reports the results of the study of the School’s self-assessment profile; Announce the official survey plan and facilities requirements that the school needs to prepare for the official survey;
• Agree on issues that the School needs to prepare: evidence that needs to be supplemented; number and composition of subjects invited to interview;
• Agree on the official survey schedule;
• Agree on working principles
• Visit some locations of the school preparing for the official survey such as the office of the Evaluation Team, the interview room, the hall for the Opening Ceremony of the official survey, etc.
• Preliminary check of the School’s documents

Signing Minutes of Preliminary Survey at Ba Ria Vung Tau University

At the end of the preliminary survey day, the Director of the Education Quality Evaluation Center – Vietnam Association of Community Councils, Head of the Evaluation Expert Team and Principal of Ba Ria Vung Tau University signed a Memorandum of Understanding after the preliminary survey of the Evaluation Team. The official survey time of the Expert Evaluation Team at the University was agreed to start from July 3, 2019 and end on July 9, 2019.
