CENTRE FOR EDUCATION ACCREDITATION

On the afternoon of February 23, 2019, the Center for Education Quality Accreditation – Association of Vietnam Universities and Colleges held a meeting of the Council for Education Quality Accreditation (Education Accreditation Council) to appraise the results. Evaluate the quality of education at Hong Bang International University and the undergraduate Nursing training program at Nam Dinh Nursing University after completing the external evaluation process.

On the part of the Center for Education Quality Accreditation, Associate Professor, PhD. Nguyen Phuong Nga – Director; Dr. Pham Xuan Thanh – Deputy Director; Mr. Nguyen Anh Tuan – Chief of Office; Associate Professor, PhD. Nguyen Van Uyen – Head of Accreditation Department and Center staff; 11 members of the Quality Accreditation Council and 2 secretaries. Two delegation heads represent two external evaluation delegations and two Principals represent two universities.

At the meeting, after listening to the summary report of the results of self-assessment, external assessment and issues that need to be discussed, the Education Quality Accreditation Council discussed the following contents: a) Self-assessment results; external assessment results; draft resolution of the Council on appraisal of educational quality assessment results; b) Approve the Council’s recommendations on requesting the two universities to overcome shortcomings and continue to improve and enhance the quality of education. The Council voted by secret ballot to pass a resolution on appraising the results of educational quality assessment.

Immediately after the Meeting, the Center implemented procedures to recognize educational quality for  Hong Bang International University and the undergraduate Nursing training program, Nam Dinh University of Nursing according to regulations.
