On the morning of January 2, 2018, in Viet Yen District, Bac Giang Province, the Center for Educational Quality Accreditation (KĐCLGD) – Association of Vietnam Universities and Colleges (CTĐHCĐVN) coordinated with the University Bac Giang Nong Lam University organized the opening of an official survey to serve the external assessment of Bac Giang Nong Lam University according to the university quality assessment standards of the Ministry of Education and Training.

The evaluation team took souvenir photos with leaders and representatives of staff and lecturers of Bac Giang University of Agriculture and Forestry at the Opening Ceremony of the KSCT of Bac Giang University of Agriculture and Forestry.

On the side of the Education Quality Accreditation Center, there was Associate Professor, PhD. Nguyen Phuong Nga – Center Director; Ms. Nguyen Thi Tam Trinh – Central Office Officer.

On the side of the external expert evaluation team was Prof. Dr. Science. Dang Ung Van – Head of Delegation; MSc. Dinh Tuan Dung – Secretary; Dr. Pham Van Hung – Permanent member; Associate Professor, PhD. Nguyen Van Uyen and PhD. Le Huy Tung is a member of the Evaluation Delegation.

On the side of Bac Giang University of Agriculture and Forestry, there was Dr. Nguyen Binh Nhu, Chairman of the School Council; Dr. Nguyen Quang Ha, Principal, Chairman of the SA Council; Dr. Doan Van Soan, Deputy Principal, Vice Chairman of the SA Council; Dr. Nguyen Tuan Diep, Vice Principal, along with leaders of faculties, departments, representatives of lecturers and students of Bac Giang Agriculture and Forestry University.

The survey to serve the assessment was conducted from January 2, 2018 to January 6, 2018. The external assessment team conducted surveys, researched documents, and interviewed employers; former learner; learner; School Leadership Board; Leaders of mass organizations, faculties, departments, centers, functional departments, and lecturer representatives; Survey to collect feedback from relevant parties and visit facilities of Bac Giang University of Agriculture and Forestry to verify information according to the University’s self-assessment report, thereby providing recommendations. Suggestions to help the School improve and improve quality.

The closing ceremony of the KSCT round to serve the assessment of Bac Giang University of Agriculture and Forestry was held on January 6, 2018. At the Closing Ceremony of the KSCT, Head of the External Evaluation Team – Prof. Dr. Dang Ung Van presented the Preliminary Report on the results of assessing the quality of education at Bac Giang University of Agriculture and Forestry. The external evaluation report clearly stated the school’s strengths; At the same time, the Evaluation Team makes recommendations for the School to promote its strengths and overcome shortcomings with the aim of continuously improving quality.

Absorbing the recommendations of the Expert Evaluation Team in the preliminary report on the results of education quality assessment, Dr. Nguyen Quang Ha – Principal of the School has affirmed that the School has and will have feasible plans and solutions to implement the recommendations of the Evaluation Team.

At the end of the closing session, the Director of the Center for Educational Quality Evaluation – Vietnam Association of General Education Programs, Head of the evaluation expert team and Principal of Bac Giang University of Agriculture and Forestry signed the minutes of completion of the official survey to serve the quality assessment of the school. .
