CENTRE FOR EDUCATION ACCREDITATION

On the morning of October 4, 2017, in Thanh Xuan District, Hanoi City, the Center for Educational Quality Accreditation (KĐCLGD) – Association of Vietnam Universities and Colleges (CTĐHCĐVN) coordinated with the University Hanoi Architecture organized the opening of an official survey to serve the external assessment of Hanoi University of Architecture according to the university quality assessment standards of the Ministry of Education and Training.

On the side of the Education Quality Accreditation Center, there was Associate Professor, PhD. Nguyen Phuong Nga – Director of the Center, Mr. Nguyen Anh Tuan – Chief of the Center Office. On the side of the external expert evaluation team was Prof. Dr. Science. Banh Tien Long – Head of delegation; Dr. To Thi Thu Huong – Secretary; Associate Professor, PhD. Le Phuoc Minh – Permanent member; Prof.Dr. Nguyen Quang Dong, PhD. Pham Van Hung and Associate Professor, PhD. Nguyen Van Uyen is a member of the Evaluation Delegation;

On the side of the Ministry of Construction, there are representatives of the Department of Organization and Personnel;

On the side of Hanoi University of Architecture, there was Associate Professor, PhD. Le Quan – Principal, Chairman of the SA Council; Dr. Ngo Thi Kim Dung – Vice Principal, Vice Chairman of the SA Council; Associate Professor, PhD. Pham Trong Thuat, Chairman of the School Council, along with leaders of faculties, departments, representatives of lecturers and students of Hanoi University of Architecture.

The survey to serve the assessment was conducted from October 4, 2017 to October 8, 2017. The external assessment team conducted surveys, researched documents, and interviewed employers; former learner; learner; School Leadership Board; Leaders of mass organizations, faculties, departments, centers, functional departments, and lecturer representatives; and visit and survey to collect feedback from relevant parties; Observe the facilities of Hanoi University of Architecture to verify information according to the School’s self-assessment report, thereby making recommendations to help the School improve and improve quality.

After 5 working days, the closing ceremony of the KSCT round to serve the evaluation of Hanoi University of Architecture was held at 3:00 p.m. on October 8, 2017. At the Closing Ceremony of the CST, Head of the external evaluation team – Prof.Dr.KH. Banh Tien Long presented the Preliminary Report on the results of assessing the quality of education at Hanoi University of Architecture. The external evaluation report clearly stated the school’s strengths; At the same time, the Evaluation Team makes recommendations for the School to promote its strengths and overcome shortcomings with the aim of continuously improving quality.

Accepting the recommendations of the Evaluation Expert Team in the Preliminary Report on the results of education quality assessment, Associate Professor, PhD. Le Quan – Principal of the School affirmed that the School has and will have feasible plans and solutions to implement the recommendations of the Evaluation Team.

At the end of the closing session, the Director of the Center for Educational Quality Assessment – Vietnam Association of General Education Programs, Head of the Evaluation Expert Team and Principal of Hanoi University of Architecture signed the minutes of completion of the official survey to serve the quality assessment of the School.
