Educational institutions are accredited and recognized by the Center for Educational Quality Accreditation (under the Association of Vietnam Universities and Colleges).
University of Transport Technology is a university directly under the Ministry of Transport and is one of the first 15 universities in Vietnam to be evaluated and granted a certificate of higher education quality standards ( valid for 5 years).
From January 5 to January 9, 2017, the University of Transport Technology was evaluated by an external evaluation team of the Center for Education Quality Accreditation (Association of Vietnam Universities and Colleges). organized an independent, public and transparent evaluation, resulting in 51/61 criteria meeting the requirements, accounting for 83.6%, and was granted a certificate of educational institution quality accreditation by the Accreditation Center. educational quality according to the Association of Universities and Colleges of Vietnam.
Previously, since August 2013, the school published the Educational Institution Self-Assessment Report on the information page of the Department of Educational Testing and Accreditation, Ministry of Education and Training.

After awarding the Certificate of Educational Institution Quality Accreditation to the University of Transport Technology, Associate Professor Nguyen Phuong Nga – Director of the Center for Educational Quality Accreditation (belonging to the Association of Universities, Vietnam College) affirmed that this university is a “pioneer” in accrediting the quality of educational institutions and is one of the first 15 universities in Vietnam to have an external assessment certificate.
