CENTRE FOR EDUCATION ACCREDITATION

On December 21, 2016, the external evaluation expert team (DGN) of the Center for Educational Quality Accreditation – Association of Vietnam Universities and Colleges (KĐCLGD – HHCTĐHCĐVN) conducted a preliminary survey at the School. University of Transport Technology to prepare for the official survey according to the university education quality accreditation process of the Ministry of Education and Training.

Participating in the preliminary survey day at the University of Transportation Technology, on the side of the Center for Education and Training – HH CTĐHCĐVN, there was Associate Professor, PhD. Nguyen Phuong Nga – Center Director; On the side of the Expert Evaluation Team, there was Prof. Dr. Science. Dang Ung Van – Head of delegation; MSc. Dinh Tuan Dung – Union Secretary; Dr. Nguyen Thi Cuc Phuong – Standing member of the Youth Union.

Associate Professor, PhD. Dao Van Dong – Principal of University of Transport Technology expressed his opinion at the KSSB session to serve the evaluation of lecturers at the University

During the preliminary survey day, the Expert Evaluation Team worked with the leaders of the University of Transport Technology, the University’s Self-Evaluation Council, Heads of the University’s units, the Secretariat and specialized groups with Main contents include:

• The evaluation expert team reported the research results of the School’s self-assessment profile, announced the official survey plan and the requirements for facilities the School needs to prepare for the official survey;
• Agree on issues that the school needs to prepare: evidence that needs to be supplemented; number and composition of subjects invited to interview;
• Agree on the official survey schedule;
• Agree on working principles
• Visit some locations of the school preparing for the official survey such as the office of the Evaluation Team, the interview room, the hall for the Opening Ceremony of the official survey, etc.
• Preliminary check of the School’s documents

Signing Minutes of Preliminary Survey at University of Transport Technology

At the end of the preliminary survey day, the Director of the Center for Education Quality Assessment – HCTĐHCĐVN, Head of the Evaluation Team and Principal of the University of Transport Technology signed a Memorandum of Understanding after the preliminary survey of the Evaluation Team. The official survey time of the Expert Evaluation Team at the University was agreed to start from January 5, 2017 and end at the end of January 9, 2017.
