CENTRE FOR EDUCATION ACCREDITATION

On November 24, 2016, the external evaluation expert team (DGN) of the Center for Educational Quality Accreditation – Association of Vietnam Universities and Colleges (KĐCLGD – HHCTĐHCĐVN) conducted a preliminary survey at the University of Institute of Finance to prepare for the official survey according to the university education quality accreditation process of the Ministry of Education and Training.

Participating in the preliminary survey day at the Academy, on the side of the Center for Educational Quality Assessment – HH CTĐHCĐVN, there was Associate Professor, PhD. Nguyen Phuong Nga – Center Director; On the side of the Expert Evaluation Team, there was Prof. Dr. Science. Dang Ung Van – Head of delegation; MSc. Dinh Tuan Dung – Union Secretary; Dr. Nguyen Duc Thanh – Delegation member.

During the preliminary survey day, the Evaluation Expert Team worked with the Leadership of the Academy of Finance, the Academy’s Self-Evaluation Council, Heads of the Academy’s units, the Secretariat and specialized groups. with main contents including:

• The evaluation expert team reports the research results of the Academy’s self-assessment profile, announces the official survey plan and requirements for facilities that the Academy needs to prepare for the official survey. ;
• Agree on issues that the Academy needs to prepare: evidence that needs to be supplemented; number and composition of subjects invited to interview;
• Agree on the official survey schedule;
• Agree on working principles
• Visit some Academy locations to prepare for the official survey such as the office of the Evaluation Team, the interview room, and the hall for the Official Survey Opening Ceremony; Visit some workplaces of the Academy’s Faculties, Departments, Boards, Lecture Halls, Centers, Institutes, etc.

At the end of the preliminary survey day, the Director of the Center for Educational Quality Assessment of HCTĐHCĐVN, the Head of the Evaluation Team and the Academy Director signed a Memorandum of Understanding after the preliminary survey of the Evaluation Team. The official survey time of the Expert Evaluation Team at the Academy was agreed to start from December 9, 2016 and end at the end of December 13, 2016.
