However, in Vietnam this issue has not been taken seriously until now. Currently, the Association’s Inspection Center has 25 inspectors, of which 10 were trained abroad.

The Center for Educational Quality Accreditation under the Association of Vietnam Universities and Colleges (CEA-AVU&C) was established under Decision No. 79/QD-HH dated October 16, 2015 of the Association on the basis of Decision No. 4358/QD-BGDDT dated October 14, 2015 of the Ministry of Education and Training on allowing the establishment of the center.


The Center is an independent educational quality accreditation organization, with the mission of evaluating and recognizing educational institutions and educational programs that meet national education quality standards.
